The food is excellent, the service is great and everyone here is friendly. The chicken fried steak was the best and biggest I can remember having. The potato salad and green beans that came with it were excellent also. My wife had the vegetarian wrap with fried okra which she really enjoyed.

Stopped for breakfast had a short wait to get a table. Food and service was outstanding. Hubby had the Colorado Omlette had shaved ham, carmelized onions, peppers and cheese. He said that it was delicious. I had bacon and eggs with home fries. Hubby also had the sourdough toast. I will get that next time. Service was outstanding for as busy as it was she was amazing.

Great ambiance in this cool little eatery. Staff/owner, very friendly. Started out in a 1966 Airstream trailer and moved into a stick building with the trailer attached to the outdoor deck for summer cooking and serving. Open during the winter inside the building.

We are a nestled in a small mountain town and surrounded by large peaks and gorgeous terrain. We offer live music daily from 5-8 and Happy Hour from 4-6. A full menu, offering all Colorado local proteins including Yak burgers!
The title pretty much sums it up. Food is very plain and small portions for the price. Plus, after our party of 7 finished eating, it took almost 40 minutes just to get the bills and there was almost nobody else in the restaurant! The electronic bill is pre-filled out with a 20% tip with IMO is just un-ethical. Yes, the customer can change it but don't pre-fill in your own tip.Hi Tony Sorry for the delay in response, we lost access to trip advisor.. We have retained a new Manager and provided training Front of House staff to address the slowness in receiving the check. I am sorry to hear you did not like the food, we spend a lot of time on acquiring local ingredients and providing the highest quality food for our patrons but I understand that not everyone will like our menu. The electronic bill is not prefilled at 20% and this should have been explained to you, I apologize for that. The electronic check out allows for no tip, 5%, 10%, 20% or Custom - these are all configurable by you the patron and left to you when checking out. If you have any other questions or concerns please send them to [email protected] thank you!
