Hadn't been here since it was Pier 73 and was pleasantly surprised with the new establishment.Location is lovely on the river and actually felt like being on Granville Island, rather than in Richmond, with the nearby marina. There is a beautiful large deck with views all around and plenty of heat lamps and blankets to keep you warm in the evening.Food was great - reasonably priced and tasty. There was live music on the Friday night we were there, which was really enjoyable to have in the background. And our server, Gabby, was so nice - friendly, helpful, and attentive yet gave us our space to just hang out and catch up.Really enjoyed our experience and would recommend.

...I has the prawn & scallop linguine, which states Prawns & Scallops (plural) when all that came were 5 small prawns and 1 scallop! This was my first disappointment, there should have been at minimum 4 of each meat or 6 prawns 3 scallops..I also expected it to be a pasta dish with sauce, it did say broth but I missed that and it was like I had soup with way too many noodles and minimal broth but the flavour profile was excellent but the noodles tasted like plain cooked noodles as it couldnât carry the flavour since the broth was so watery. I also asked specifically if anything else was in this dish thatâs not listed and I was assured nothing, the broth came with small chunks of tomatoes , Iâm allergic to tomatoes!! Not impressed. If Iâd have assumed tomatoes would go in this soup of sorts dish then I would have brought up tomatoes being a problem. This dish was NOT worth $27!!My Mom had the turkey wrap which she said was phenomenal and my fiancé had a burger and holy smack I loved it, the fries were top level, fresh oil and the perfect texture, by far in my top 3 of best fries!

Moxie's Grill & Bar Richmond, a casual restaurant featuring full menus and bar, near the Vancouver-Blaine Highway and Vancouver International Airport. Open late.
I was staying at the Sandman hotel which this Moxie's in connected to. It's a big restaurant and has a nice "greenhouse" type area with large windows as well as some outdoor seating. But I was just grabbing some food after a long day of travel. I ordered my takeout order at bar. Staff were very friendly. I went with southern fried chicken sandwich. $15 with choice of fries or salad. I got salad. It was ready in about 15 minutes. The sandwich was awesome: great flavor, nice crunch, slaw on top was perfect addition. Hit the spot.Hi jointfilms, we are pleased to be able to provide a take out service especially to those travelling and staying in the hotel with us. I am glad to hear you enjoyed your dinner, we think the souther friend chicken sandwich is great too! We look forward to seeing you on your next visit to town!

I had no idea this cute pub was just down the hill from the start/finish to the Arbutus Trail into Vancouver. What a great discovery. We enjoyed a great lunch after cycling the pathway. One couple shared generous portions of Korean Short Ribs & Salmon Flatbread. After much indecision, one chose the Halibut tacos & claimed it was the perfect portion as well as delicious. I had the Gunwale chicken wrap which was very tasty, the side salad was fresh& I would order it again. We sat on a very nice sunny patio. It was the perfect ending to a fun ride.

Went there for a quick lunch. Had to watch two servers standing around chatting while ignoring me. When a server did finally show up, the attitude left me cold...something like my lunch which was supposed to be heated. It was my first visit in 5 years and my last one for sure. We're sorry if any of our staff seemed inattentive with you on your visit and did not get the quality of service you were to meet your expectations. Our staff is usually very outgoing and friendly. We appreciate all comments and will be looking into this with the staff on schedule at the time. We do wish you come back and try us again in the future.

Attended a get together with about thirty others. Staff took good care of us and were very accommodating...the snack for we had was good and plentiful. Parking was free across the street although we had to be careful which spots were could use. The food off the menu looked good....will try and get back as itâs not in my neighbourhood.

Every day for over 35 years, Mr. Harold Cross has been coming to our place for lunch. In fact, you may see him sitting at his usual spot by the window, greeting everyone by name, sharing a laugh and offering a warm smile. Our biggest fan and one of the ni
Our experience is that the service is best for the buffet breakfast however the lounge is more comfortable during the evening hours (that is if there aren't any drunks around). The patio in the summer months is popular however we were enjoying dinner in the dining room when a parade of about 18 construction workers (just off from work) trampled past us (within 2 feet) in their work clothes and hard hats still reeking with sweat enroute to the patio which totally spoiled the atmosphere for us as well as tourists. It would be nice if Shelly (manager) realized that it is impossible to cater to the construction workers (when attired directly from work) and hotel guests.
