When it comes to food, sports and drinks- Snazzy's Hot Wings & Sassy Things is the hottest spot in Coastal Georgia! We have been locally owned and operated for years, so naturally, we're all about the neighborhood. We know how important it is to be able t
Sitting here at the moment asking myself why in the world Iâm in this place. Not sure what I expected but wow. Stay away! The wings are over cooked and hard to even get the meat of the bone they are so over cooked, the fries are undercooked, the pizza looks good but isnât. Oh aside from that I just picked up my glass to drink my beer... wiped away a lip print on the other side of the glass.... first drink, so itâs not mine. I know itâs attached to a hotel but I know I did expect clean glassware, you know a place that has a working dish washer that can handle at least removing someone elseâs lip print off a glass? Maybe that was expecting too much?

We used to come here all the time and loved it. It has gone downhill significantly. Today my sons corn dog was so over cooked, the breading was falling off before the plate reached the table. Neither my wifeâs or my eggs were cooked correctly. There is always something not done right now. Half of the servers are great, the other half are horrible. There is one in particular that we completely avoid before she can not get our order right. We never send anything back, but we want our order close to being right. If you get the wrong person, you will never get refills or will wait for everything. Again, there are a few servers that are very good and are always attentive.

Couldn't wait to eat here again, because Uptown was my favorite restaurants the last time we lived here. It has been about four years since the last time I ate here. I ordered my usual, the Lady Liberty. It was a bit dry and no onions on it at all, which it is supposed to have sauted onions. The portions were smaller but prices the same. Otherwise, everything seemed the same and was good. I would recommend! Maybe next time will be as good I remember.

Loveâs Seafood is in a lovely setting on the Ogeechee River outside of Savannah (but it is on the highway and there are highway noises if you choose to sit outside). Our table was in a long glassed in porch overlooking the river (no noise) and our kind waitress Ashley offered to take our picture with our watermelon and mango margaritas outside under the mimosa tree. We each had a delicious salmon dinner with mashed potatoes, freshly made pesto and sautéed onions and tomatoes. Hush puppies came with the dinner but Iâm not a fan. Most of the dinners we saw were fried fish dishes but if you are not a fan of fried food (I am not) you can find some very good stuffed, baked or blackened fish dishes.Note to the uniformed: this is pretty easy to find from Savannah but from Richmond Hill you have to go past the small sign for Basin Road that we passed by twice. It is a tiny side road past a police barracks that is very confusing.

I decided to take my daughter and grandson out to dinner after her last band concert of the year. We decided to go to Melody's Coastal Cafe at their new location in Midway, Georgia. The decor and arcade were the only things that impressed me. The food was over cooked. It is Taco Tuesday. The server did not state the beef tacos only came with meat (which was not seasoned fir tacos or at all for that matter) they charged me for sour cream and tomatoes and did not inform me of the charge. The crab stew looked and taste like it came from a can. My daughter ordered the cajun seasoned fries which they forgot to bring out until we mentioned them. They were not cajun seasoned. All they did was sprinkle Old Bay on top of over fried french fries. She said they were nasty and did not eat them after a couple of bites. I ordered my grandson the grilled cheese and applesauce. The grilled cheese was over cooked. I had the fried crab claw appetizer which was a complete waste of money. Because they too were over fried and still had part of the claw. The meat was stuck to the claw so I wasn't even able to eat half of them because the meat would not come off the claw. The server checked on us maybe once. I could understand if they had been busy or under staffed, but there was one other couple and one other family there. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I can say at least I tried the place. Hopefully they will figure out how to properly cook their food and teach their staff how to be better at customer service. Until then, I will not be returning to Melody's Coastal Cafe.

Local seafood eatery on the Great Ogeechee River south of Savannah. Very Family Friendly.Very popular with the fishermen and locals. Right next to a marina. Eating areas inside and out as well as a bar area inside.
My wife and I ate at Fish Tales last week while staying at Ft. McAllister (highly recommend). We had the She Crab Soup (which was awesome), then my wife had the fried shrimp and I had the Mahi - both were delicious. The servers were great and the atmosphere is beautiful. On our second night, we got a to go order of She Crab Soup and Gumbo - awesome again. Looking forward to our return!

We used to go to this place all the time. It is under new ownership, and it is not good. They said the food hasnât changed, but it definitely has. They put mayonnaise in the Mac and cheese, they have never done that before. The salad bar was messy and mostly empty. Even the rice and mashed potatoes tasted bland. Even the waitress said that a lot of people have been saying the food changed for the worse. We will probably not be back.

Located next to Kilkenny Marina about 12 miles S.E. of Richmond Hill, GA
We spent a week in Savannahâs Historic District and found some very good restaurants and pubs however Marker 107 in Richmond Hills was by far the best dinner I had all week!We were in Richmond Hills doing some sightseeing and enjoying the âback roadsâ. A waitress at the Way Station coffee shop suggested we try Marker 107 for dinner. She was spot on!We drove over around 3:30 p.m. just to see the place and gave the pooch a short walk in the area. Very fortunately I happened to meet Eric - the Chef/Manager during that brief stop and we chatted for a little while.Returning at 5 p.m. and anxious to have dinner there we were seated immediately. A nice glass of Pinot Noir was just what I wanted as we watched the sun over the marsh get lower in the sky.Eric came out to greet us and told us about one of the specials for that night. A Red Drum fish served on top of yellow rice and served with broccoli....crispy skin on the fish to enhance the flavor. I knew exactly what my dinner choice would be.The fish was perfectly cooked....moist, sweet, and a medium firm texture. The broccoli, in my opinion was also perfectly cooked...served hot and firm- meaning not over cooked. The rice was the perfect compliment to the fish.My cousin selected the baked shrimp and rice dinner...also very good. The service from Julia was as outstanding as the food.Thank you Eric for a wonderful dining experience. If I get back to the area Marker 107 will definitely be on my list of dining places.

Military owned & operated local restaurant proud to serve locally grown products & to support Georgiaâs own Breweries & Distilleries. The Local on 17 serves USDA Prime Steaks, Low Country Seafood, Southern Favorites, and a Full Bar! Stop in for great food
I've been here a few times. Never had a terrible experience, and probably never will. Took the lady out for a steak dinner because, well, she loves steak. I decided that tonight was the night to go big. The lady ordered the filet mignon and I...ordered the porterhouse. We had caesars to start, which were pretty solid, but had onion, which my girl didn't appreciate. The sides we ordered were great, and our server was attentive and familiar with the special and menu items. Now, to the steaks. They were both under the dry-aged menu, so I expected similar flavor, not texture (let's understand that). So, the porterhouse was a weird texture and color. It also tasted almost spoiled, but the description on the menu said that aging would give the steak a "nutty" flavor. I didn't taste that. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't to my liking. It was slightly disappointing for the price I paid for it. My girlfriend's filet, however, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Fork-tender and flavorful as any steak I have ever had! All in all, a good experience again. Not my favorite visit, but it was still a solid experience!
