My dad and I visited tonight and both got wings. He got salt and pepper (I think) ....and I got the garlic dry rub. My wings came....covered in white powder. The had almost no taste. They were fried and then covered in white garlic powder...no salt, no seasoning. Some where heavily covered and some had none. They werenât edible. We hadTo go find our waiter behind the restaurant to pay. The good news is it was 1/2 half off wings on Wednesday...so we didnât have to pay for them. The crucified Jesus behind the building was a little creepy.

Came for Dinner. Had Fish & Chips as well as Battered Shrimp for an Appy. All were very good. Service was excellent! Good Prices.No alcohol served here. Too bad they don't serve beer & wine.Open until 8:00pmClosed Wednesdays!

When riding our bike through Radium we always have to stop at Back Country Jacks. In all the years we have never had a bad meal. The food is carefully cooked. Soups are all home made by the owner. The big appi platter is delicious for any kind of flavour you want. I had the beef dip and it was great. The side salads are yummy too as they make there own signature dressing using fresh local ingredients. They menu changed up every once and awhile and itâs great food. The owner always come out to have a visit to catch up since the last time we visited. The service and hospitality is exceptional too. They have a patio with a few tables to take in the scenery as you enjoy your food. We will continue to stop in when we are rolling through Radium.

Went for dinner Thursday night for their first Italian Buffet of the season. Wasn't expecting much more than golf course pub fare. Wow what a surprise. The food was top shelf.
