Have been coming here for many (over 30) years. Breakfast is the greatest from country fried steak to pancakes. Best french toast ever, just ask my grandkids. Sorry, the nasty review I just read upset me. I have not found it to be "dirty". It is OLD and old things don't look as good as they once did....I am old too so I know. There are a lot of regulars and always have been. It is small, you seat yourself, get a cup of very good coffee, then go from there. I love it! Sorry you didn't.

We stopped by on our way from the Seattle-Bainbridge ferry to Sequim. Food was tasty and hot, served quickly with a smile. The menu offered a selection of breakfast favorites, sandwiches, soup, and salads ( I think there were salads; I admit I wasn't looking for any calorie-conscious food). In addition, there were a couple of specials on the board. My husband had the Spanish omelet, with home fried potatoes, and a small stack of fluffy pancakes. I had the breakfast sandwich with sausage, eggs over easy, cheddar cheese, and a side of fruit (grapes). Coffee was adequate and hot. There appeared to be a number of repeat local customers, as they were addressed by name when they came in the door. This restaurant doesn't have much in the way of "atmosphere", but it is reasonably clean and pleasant and we will come again. It is small, with a limited number of tables, but we were seated right away (came around 11;30am on a Saturday).

We were there with a large group sitting at 2 tables. We had reservations and were seated immediately. Drinks were ordered and came shortly. Had to ask for utensils and sweeteners. We ordered and then waited. Some of the dishes came after over an hour wait. Two of us at the table continued to wait. Said there were only two workers in the kitchen and the house was full. Ultimately, my order arrived. The Western burger had a big hunk of beef that was tasty. The fries were ordered as extra crispy and they were. Spouses dinner came earlier. The fish was greasy and had a weird coating. Onion rings very good. The cole slaw was limp, undressed and generally poor. The waiter seemed to generally try to get things going and ultimately comped the two really late dinners. Can't recomment this place.

Slippery Pig brewery is a brewery tasting room, restaurant and event venue. Additionally we also host a pinball arcade room, making it a downtown family destination for fun and entertainment. Originally starting out as a tiny tasting room on Dave and Shaw
I found a good vegetarian meal. Lots of pork on the menu, together with typical fare. I found this venue by wandering down a side street toward the beautiful water view. Itâs a casual cafe with high top tables in the afternoon with lots of space in the back for larger crowds and music. Thereâs a gift corner and brewery selections on tap. What I enjoyed about the menu was building a potatoe, salad or sandwich with columns of choices. My waitress was attentive. My only suggestion would be better music more appropriate to digesting a meal.

I have no quibbles with the food quality or service, both are excellent. However, the menu choices are limited. They seem to have attempted to provide enough variety to appeal to most tastes. Unfortunately, on a Saturday night with not many diners besides us, they were out of the two dishes we had initially chosen. So I had to switch to what was my third choice. I'm assuming it was just bad timing on our part, but it was disappointing nevertheless. So the choices were pretty much limited to sandwiches or burgers, and not a great variety in the sandwich category, basically chicken, salmon or roast beef. I would say this is a better choice for lunch or dessert.

Six of us had dinner there this past Wednesday. Molly Ward is "not your grandfather's restaurant" It is very eclectic, surrounded by beautiful gardens and filled with anything but ordinary decor. The food was "to die for."We found the service to be truly outstanding. There was a really gifted pianist playing classical music on a baby grand. We were the last guest remaining when the chef walked out of the kitchen and out to the piano. He too played really good classical pieces. Great evening!

Sunny day, ate out on the deck. The service was prompt and attentive throughout. Couldnât ask for better.A steak sandwich and a shrimp salad. Both very good. The sandwich was very tasty and had plenty of fries and onion slaw. The lemonade was never ending.A good value.

A Northwest favorite since 1960. Our 25 locally owned Elmer's Restaurants take pride in their communities and source local, farm-fresh ingredients.
This location has tried a couple of formats and finally settled on the Elmer's chain formula. It is good and consistent with the rest of the Northwest chain. Good service, comfortable seating and reasonably priced food for families. This location is as good as the other Elmers we have frequented. Good for families and travelers.Afternoon,We truly thank you for your feedback and are glad to see you've enjoyed your visits to Elmerâs. We love hearing from our Guests and we send each review directly to the restaurant management to be seen. Many empty tables and still 15-20 minutesâ wait for a table after registering. A waitress who forgot that we wanted to order didnât help. The Thai Chicken Salad had a dressing that tasted like I imagine liquified avocado tastes...but I hate avocado and never eat it so Iâm not sure if that explains the green stuff. My partnerâs Pear and Scallop Salad was superb. A cute seal was swimming in the harbor and Iâm surprised the volume of noise inside the restaurant didnât scare it off.

1950's Retro Diner in Poulsbo's Historic waterfront. Home of the Hungry Viking! Serving breakfast all day, Lunch & Dinner served after 11:00am.
Hey, this is a cafe, not a formal restaurant, but the food is GREAT, the wait staff even GREATER, and the ambiance perfect (for a cafe)... all nestled in the lovely, quaint waterside town of Poulsbo. This is always the breakfast spot when I see my son, as he lives in Poulsbo.Thank you for your review. Hope to see you again soon!
