We were scrambling for a place to eat at night-found this little gem right in the middle of town. Nice beer selection, all three dinners were good and loved the frozen key lime pie for dessert. It must have been pretty close to the train tracks as a train came through and shook the building to its very foundation! Great place

What began as a tiny marina snack bar in the Florida Keys known for its fresh-from-the-docks seafood is now an acclaimed Bass Pro Shops dining destination. Here, you can still enjoy the original World Famous Islamorada Fish Sandwich in a setting steeped i
We came to Islamorada Fish Company to eat after a long day at Lake Michigan. At first I was a little nervous that the service was going to be a little rough. We had a party of 7. 2 adults 3 teens and 2, 9 year olds. There was a host and a hostess seating people. I asked if we could be seated near an aquarium. The host was in the phone and rudely shook his head no and kept mouthing the word no!!! I feel like a simple question almost sent him over the edge. The restaurant was mostly empty but I feel like our âlarge partyâ and the aquarium request was a lot to handle. The hostess although stressed about the request handled it better. It took a while for us to be seated even though there were few patrons. The hostess suggested I take this kids out as long as they were supervised to see the aquarium from the outside of the restaurant. When we were finally seated we were in a private room with aquarium views so I am unsure of why it was an issue in the first place. Thatâs where the bad ended and the good began. We had an amazing waitress! She was nice, talkative and attentive. The alligator was amazing and all the food was delicious. I would definitely say the waitress made up for the lack of service from the host. Overall I would go back but I would suggest that they retrain the hosts.

We are a seasonal business near West Beach that operates from spring to early fall every year. We specialize in Chicago Style hot dogs, and proudly serve Vienna Beef. We have outdoor seating only for customers to be able to enjoy the beautiful NW Indiana
If you like trains, simple eating and nothing fancy, Depot Dogs is the ticket. It's bare minimum, maybe even primal, but "all aboard" for an enjoyable experience. The dogs and fries are good with quaint outdoor deck seating for eating. Check your calendar because it's a seasonal stop.

Flamingos is a staple in Miller. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Pizza is good if you like thin crust pizza and bar has plenty of choices for drinks. My only complaint and reason for 3 star rating instead of 5 is the smell. Flamingos allows smoking inside and to get to the non-smoking section you have to walk through the smoking section. The sections are not separated by a wall or door so itâs really not smoke free. The ventilation on the night of our visit was not very good and it wasnât long before you could not tell the smoking from the non-smoking section.

We had an early dinner at the restaurant. We were seated quickly and our server (Victoria) immediately brought us our drinks. She took our order and served us warm bread and butter (delicious). She took our order and refreshed our drinks. When she brought us our food it was all hot and delicious. The catfish was seasoned just right and my prime rib was cooked exactly to perfection and it contained plenty of juice. The steak fries were good and so was the house salad. Great meal and we will return.

We saw this restaurant close by our campsite at the Dunes State Park. The road directly there was closed for bridge maintenance. We were able to find an easy detour. The service was excellent especially after the poor service at the NewHampshire businesses. The ribs were delicious, in fact, some of the best Iâve had. We rate Ribs at a variety of festivals. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Decor is bar and grill old town which gives character. I would recommend this to everyone.

Recommended by my children and was definitely worth it. Fried pickles for appetizer (Love these things). Pizza was the selection for the group. Very tasty, give a 8 on the pizza scale. Waiter was helpful in explaining choices for my elderly Mother.

We were in Portage to visit the Dunes National Park and take the train to Chicago. Our hotel was next to Longhorn Steakhouse. We walked over for dinner. The children had steak and one had chicken. Everything was excellent. My husband mentioned it was our granddaughter's birthday. They brought her a lovely birthday sundae. It was a nice end to our meal.

The food was good, omelet, pancakes, crapes. Everything we had for breakfast was delicious. The service was outstanding. Fast, attentive, they clean up fast too so the wait was not long. Highly recommended!!! I would go back for sure if in the area.

Love eating outside here. Always great service, and the food is above and beyond other breakfast spots. We got omelets with sides of fruit instead of hash browns, and, wow, got a huge bunch of grapes, a couple strawberries, pineapple, honeydew and cantaloupe slice. Impressive!!!
