We drove a little out of the way for some excellent BBQ...the kids had ribs, my husband and I had BEAUTIFUL salads with what tasted like homemade dressing and some sort of French fry mod podge of beans, brisket, cheese and deliciousness. The service was top notch and our next visit to Cali will include âBLAKEâSâ.

We went with a group of eight and were all thoroughly pleased. Service was attentive, congenial and efficient - thank you Rob! The setting is warm and inviting and even with a crowded dining room it was not too loud. Saving the best until last --- the meal was over the top delicious. My husband and I split the meal. We started with a HUGE artichoke which had an incredible sauce. Then we split the lamb chops - also HUGE and ever so tender! The chef sent us complimentary tomatoe water -- an infusion of tomatoes and water. Finally came the dessert - a cheesecake that was so light. It was huge again. A MUST RETURN PLACE!!

This restaurant did not disappoint, was my first time dinning here and the staff was amazing, my waiter was so helpful and friendly, which I remembered his name! Because it was a first time you get a little tin cup of House WAFFLE FRIES oh my gosh!! YUM!! get in my tummy!!! I had the Half Sandwich and Salad - I opted for Half of Chicken salad which was fresh hearty and tasty, a wedge salad with feta cheese bacon tomato it was just the correct size and hit the spot!!We had an appetizer - Chicken lettuce wraps - Honestly I could of just ate this and been happy, so many flavors LOVED IT! Guest had Grilled Lemon Chicken and raved about the cauliflower mash, it was a large serving! Butter Cake.... End of!! sooo good! For the price and over all experience it was well worth it, Very Casual atmosphere you can sit outside as well, it was very busy when we arrived but had no issues getting seats and enjoying!

It had been quite a while since our last visit to Kimmie's. With all the road construction going on around it for the Lakeview overpass it was just too much of a headache. However the construction is done, the overpass complete, and it was time to go to Kimmie's for breakfast.Located on the corner of Lakeview and Orangethorpe, the restaurant sits in a corner right up against the overpass wall. On this visit it was my wife, myself, and our young grandson. We arrived about 10:30 on a Sunday morning and had about a 20 minute wait. We were able to get a booth up against the window which made my grandson's day. He's a train freak and there are tracks right across the street. He loved watching the trains go by.Food: Very good. I ordered the Irish Benedict, my wife the Kimmie's combo with pancakes and sausage (other options were French toast or waffle, and bacon), and the kid had mini pancakes with a sausage link and chocolate milk. The food arrived hot and fresh. The only complaint I had with my meal was it was WAY too much. Two poached eggs with hollandaise sauce on a bed of corned beef hash resting on an english muffin. It also includes your choice of hash browns or red skinned potatoes (my choice). I didn't finished it but not without lack of trying. It was very good.Service: Not fast, but not slow. What I would call leisurely. They don't rush you, so it's a very relaxing meal. Best part about the service, everyone was very friendly and had a smile on their face. Without a doubt we will be back. Good food, friendly service, at reasonable prices. Really, what more could you ask for?

I can definitely say the Original Pancake House is pure paradise for breakfast. They have a wide variety of pancakes and waffles. German pancakes, Dutch pancakes, crepes, omlettes American pancakes and in every variety. The portions are huge and this is a popular place on a Sunday morning. The restaurant is small and old style in appearance. Service is great and the food is wonderful. I ordered the mushroom omlette and it was huge and came with a side of 3 buttermilk pancakes. My friend got the apple pancake and a side of bacon.I can't wait to go back and try other varieties of pancakes.

Flappy's gets really busy around the times you'd expect a family restaurant to, Sunday afternoons around 11am on (church o'clock), saturdays, etc. You'll expect to see lots of older Orange County folks come here to reminisce about the good old days but you'll also see lots of families. It's a great breakfast place with TONS of options. You'll never leave wanting for more options or more food. Come hungry and prepared to wait if you come during the times mentioned above.

Situated in a non-descript strip mall, Stefanoâs is not far from downtown Main Street Yorba Linda but well worth the effort to find. The Stefanoâs Salad is outstandingâfresh greens with all sorts of goodies such as roasted chicken, bacon and artichoke. The Ham and Swiss panini is also epic (theyâre known for their ham). Their service was also terrific and friendly. A great lunch stop after visiting the Nixon Library!

Craftsman is a locally owned and operated restaurant that opened in December of 2013. Our focus is simple: great food, great value and a great atmosphere provided to you from the friendliest people in Placentia.
Showed up around 2pm so the restaurant was not crowded. Asked the waitress for a recommendation since I had never been before. She recommended the Korean Beef Bulgogi pizza. It was spicy and GREAT. Was the perfect blend of eating beef bulgogi AND pizza. Pleasant atmosphere, nothing fancy. Great place for lunch.
