When we arrived, the place didn't have many people ahead of us. Still, the line took a long time to get through and service was way, way slow. Usually in a Mod pizza you're eating within a few minutes of ordering, but it took close to half an hour to get our food. The tables hadn't been wiped, the napkin holders were all empty, and it just seemed that for some reason they couldn't keep up despite having what seemed like a full staff. Service was o.k. The workers seemed tired and I felt bad for them. That said, the food was good and the beer was excellent. I would go back, but would plan a little longer for my visit. Maybe I just caught them on a bad night.
The portions are large, the staff friendly. The menu is very large and there is something sure to please everyone. The quality of the food was average, but good.
At In-N-Out Burger, quality is everything. Stop by to enjoy our menu of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries and shakes. In-N-Out makes fast food the old fashioned way.
Like any In n Out, this place was packed. Great service, very clean restaurant, and the staff is very friendly. One of the top stores of the chain.

We've had better food and service here than this time. All was okay, the food and service were good, not great.Loved the coconut shrimp appetizers - large, hot, and tasty. The wedge salad was good - topped with cheese and balsamic vinegar - unique, because it tones down some of the cheese taste/The steaks were better than okay,

Started with their stuffed mushrooms which are awesome, Caesar salad with shaved Parmesan and then a giant Rock Lobster tail, this meal will fill you up and satisfy any appetite for lobster, very good.

New-casual environment with a choice of seating option. We have a large bar area with high tables to relaxed couches and stand height restaurant seating.
A bar-restaurant but the food offerings lean toward hand-crafted somewhat Italian rather than the usual bar-grill junk. I had their "Veg your heart out" pizza with a pesto sauce. The vegetables were fresh and the crust was great. The pesto sauce instead of tomato sauce didn't quite do it for me as it made the pizza oilier than what I expect from a vegetable pizza, and it also made the crust under the sauce a bit limp. But it was an interesting idea and done with good ingredients, so if I lived in the area there are many other things on their menu I would want to come back to try. They have a very large selection of beverages including IPAs. The service was initially a bit inattentive but the server overcompensated later so I guess that was fine on average. Price was reasonable at $23 for the pizza, beer, tax, and tip.

I always heard about lumpys from frienda that lived in the east bay.. finally after years of hearing about this restaurant..i finally got to try this place last year and have been coming back since then! Its a badass diner.. comfy seating and fast service. The servers are super nice and welcoming. Its not too hot and not too cold. For the food.. if you arr looking for delicious, filling, big portioned breakfast this is your place! They do food right.. the french toast and pancakes are sweet and delicious.. chicken fried steak is not greasy! But everything we have ever had here is so delicious and satisfying. For after breakfast and brunch they have delectable burgers, the hot dogs are delicious and topped with some great ingredients.. the fries and onion rings come out hot as hell... also, they have great sandwiches and shakes!!!Lumpys is a place everyone can find something.. from great breakfast.. healthy breakfast..burgers..hotdogs..salads..shakes and of course their famous cinnamon rolls. I love lumpys!
