What did we like about this restaurant? Everything!!! Upscale dishes but they also had a kid's menu. Very good portions and attentive service. The building has a lodge feel and even the property itself was so pleasant with landscaping and trees. They had a buffet earlier that day, but we chose to come to dinner. It was one of the highlights of our trip to this area.

The real appraisal is a 4. Why a 2?. The reason is that we waited 30 minutes after we ordered a hamburger and fried shrimp. Was a Friday night. The restaurant had one, yes one, bartender. Very nice and professional. He was the orchestra man, from serving drinks to running to the kitchen for food. A shame by the restaurant owner to treat people like that. We did not mind to wait. Only 3 waitress to tend a lot of people. We were told the kitchen was backed up 1 hr. Unacceptable. On the other hand I will be back for the great food and the smile on those wonderful people that saved the neck of the " master" despite the huge stress they were encountering. Very valuable human beings. They deserve a huge recognition.

DELIcIOUS pizza and great service!!! Donât miss this one!!! Delicious pizza is an understatement and I am a pizza snob! The veggie was the BEST of the four pizzas we got! (Iâd skip the others BUT donât skip the cheese bread and sauce or the pepperoni bread and sauce!)

We love this place. And heck, for $14 on Saturday nights they have an all-you-can-eat buffet. Itâs got home cooked style fried chicken, mash potatoes, salad bar, dinner rolls, bread pudding and more. Regular old working man beers and spirits. Actually a huge selection of liquor; this place is much larger than it looks and is a local hot spot all year round. If you are not from Minnesota, this is a bonafide off-the-beaten-trail Minnesota gen with a taste of the local culture. Lots of paraphernalia on the wall for your viewing pleasure (ya gotta look close at some of this stuff; really interesting. Fun atmosphere, great servers,

Weâve had a cabin in Pequot Lakes since 1987 and have visited many restaurants in the area many many times. After only hearing bad things about Timberjack, we never went. Well itâs been many years, letâs try it! We walk in and thereâs signs saying theyâll be short staffed next week. Ok but that sounds like they should be fine this week right? We get seated and wait forever to be greeted and drinks ordered. We get our meals after a lot wait (other patrons even mentioned the long wait to us) and waitress walks off without asking if we need anything else. Turns out we were short a set of silverware. We yelled âmaam?â â missâ and she kept walking by without looking our way. Finally we had to go to the hostess to get silverware. Then we realize we didnât get the dinner roll promised with the dinners. Turns out, the âbreadstickâ with salad WAS the dinner roll - ummm no. Not a dinner roll. We had two prime rib specials and two steak and shrimp combos. The prime rib people say it was eh. I was one that had the steak/shrimp, steak had char on the outside and the shrimp were literally caked with pepper. We had to scrape it off because it was so overpowering. Not once did our waitress ask how we were doing or get us refills. With the pepper we needed it. I was incredibly disappointed and they definitely lost a year round customer. Stick with Tasty, Luckys and others if in Pequot. Avoid avoid avoid! Oh, I gave two stars because the prime rib was eh and not terrible I heard.

We dined here with another couple. I loved this place last summer when we first moved here even though my husband thought it was too expensive. Love the look of the restaurant inside....very lodge-like. This visit was just ok....food was fine, not great. We all had steaks....they were ok but for the price, they should be better. Rolls were hard. Vegetables with the steak were a few limp green beans. Our server reached right across the table in front of my face....WTH? Guess I am in agreement with my husband now, we won't be back any time soon. Way too expensive for what you get.

Stopped in for dinner and left pleased. Ashley our waitress was very nice and attentive. 3/5 of us had the chicken dinner and cleaned our plates. The pie was delicious. I would go again. Thanks for taking the time out of your schedule to leave us this review, Timothye431! We will definitely be passing your compliments on to our staff. We are so glad you dined with us, and it will be our pleasure to serve you again soon so you can try more items on our menu and let us know your thoughts.

Went to Norway Ridge with family. Our waitress was nice but everything else was horrible and over-priced. Three had petite filets that were over-tenderized (mushy). I had walleye which was OK. There was mold in my wife's vegetables. Unbelievable! So noisy we could barely hear eachother yell. Chairs are extremely uncomfortable. If you are a rich, deaf masochist, you might just be their target demographic, otherwise, steer clear

This is the new name of the former Tiki Room restaurant.
Loved this whole little shopping area. This restaurant had a ton of charm. Husband had the American breakfast with the fritter French toast. He said it was all great. I had the pig's nest with ham. It was all great. They used real eggs and the chunk of ham was hand-carved and tasted great. The waitress was super sweet and made good conversation, asking where we were from and such. We'll probably visit again this week for lunch.

My daughter, 4 year old granddaughter and I stopped in for a late lunch after shopping. Our server Emily? Was very nice, efficient and prompt! We had the Reuben balls as our appetizer, yummy! We shared the Cajun chicken wrap and fries, HUGE! Very tasty also! Ohhhhh the Bloody Mary was good too!! Cheers!
