Subways are great in our eyes. We can decide what goes into our food by choosing the ingredients like we do at Chipotle, Piada, etc. The variable with Subways is their "sandwich artists". We had a GREAT one in Milan Ohio and we have had bad ones in Millersburg.Boggles my mind that owners don't grasp the value of hiring "mature" service oriented "sandwich artists" who understand that we all have a choice whether to return or not and that if they can stop texting long enough to serve you customers will return. This location had not yet gotten that memo when we were there but the "artists" were more motivated than most texters.

I stopped here for lunch on the way home from the Wayne county fair. This place is a few minutes of route 30. We had the lunch buffet. This included pasta, sausage, turkey and stuffing plus salad and two soups. The selection is limited but the selections were nice. For desert they served two types of cookies. This was all for $9 per person. I would definitely come back for lunch. If your into golf this place is on a golf course. They also have a banquet room for larger events.

Just ok food for an ok price. No complaints, but no compliments either. Kinda old style, needs Ann updated interior design...

Delicious food and great, friendly service. I had a western omelet, he had a cheese omelet and side of bacon. Wonderful, friendly servers, coffee cup always filled! Got seated right away, surprising on a Saturday morning. In and out in 1/2 hour. Great breakfast!

In Orrville on business and stopped in with a colleague for dinner about 8:00 on a Monday night. Football games on multiple screens (definitely an Ohio State pub) and 10 or so seemingly local guys at the bar and a few couples finishing dinner. Very mellow bar with a good selection of local and craft beers on tap. Our waitress, the owners niece, was super friendly and recommended a few items. The burger was excellent as was the prime rib sandwich au jus. Sweet potato tater tots and onion rings were what you would expect from a pub and their dipping sauces were very good. Good atmosphere and an overall good experience.

Went here thinking is was more about making their products with a gift shop than just a tourist trap with products to sell. All they have are their company brand items at retail no big discounts. The worst part of our visit was the staff. The check out girl was rude. We left some things on the opposite checkout 3 feet behind her. She would not reach to get them and we had to walk all the way around because she was just to lazy. Just not a great place, neat items but high priced. We also had a 15% discount coupon and she forgot to put it on our purchase. Sad representation of a great company.
