We're a local restaurant and sports bar located on Yamato Road (NW 51st Street) just west of Congress Avenue, in the Shoppes at Blue Lake. Come hang out, watch sports, be yourself and enjoy the company of others without breaking the bank. We are known for
Absolutely love the food here. Had fried cauliflower and I could eat it for the rest of my life. The sauce that comes with it is spice with a hint of sweet. Zingers Mountain Melt.... I couldn't finish it but I sure tried! If you like the bar scene to watch games, you'll love it!

This new "healthier fare" restaurant just opened in January, 2012. It is quickly becoming very popular. Menu includes sandwiches made with nitrate-free meats, veggie sandwiches, locally grown organic produce for salads, fresh baked scones and gourmet coff
My daughter took me here for dinner. Food was good, service was decent. Sandwiches and items along that nature. I would try it again.

Dined for Fatherâs Day with family. Pretty busy evening. Had reservations and sat at a window booth which was nice. Food was good. Service good despite heavy traffic. Took awhile for food to arrive but expected. Calamari, steak and shrimp, filet mignon, ribeye and sea bass all good. Lobster bisque tasted good as well. Hadnât been here in years. It was nice to revisit and celebrate with family. Good experience. Priced high to me though. Downtown prices for average food. Atmosphere and service were good even on a busy evening.

We were passing through town and stopped because we were hungry. The hostess motioned to one table but was very accommodating when we pointed to another to avoid being seated next to a crying child. The menu was extensive with both breakfast and lunch choices. I ordered the albacore sandwich. It came with a coffee cup portion size of soup that was tasty. My side order and my partner's were mixed up and plated with the wrong sandwiches. The tuna was not as advertised. It should have been "crunchy with celery" of which I neither tasted nor saw. The price at $10.95 was a bit high for something so basic. Perhaps they do a better job with breakfast as it is billed as a Pancake House.

Staff was very attentive. Seated right away and food came out rather quickly. Coffee was DELICIOUS!!! My teenage daughter had the Vanilla Chai Tea and was pleased. My toddler was happy with her coloring sheet:) definitely coming back and want to share this great place to eat the most important meal of the day. Nice team work is evident with the great service.

Based on a bad experience a few years ago, I won't order online from this place. HOWEVER, eating in the restaurant is a pleasant experience. The steamed greek omelet is very, very good. I especially love their breakfast sausage. It is quite different from what you normally get for breakfast at an American restaurant. It reminds me of my favorite Canadian breakfast sausage. It's quite good. I highly recommend trying them out for breakfast if you are in the area. I doubt you will be disappointed.

Forget 'casual dining.' That's an industry term so out of touch with how consumers eat and drink today. For premium quality and style; fare that's at times familiar and other times adventurous and a laid-back modern setting, Houlihan's is a true original.
Been there three times now so it must be pretty good. We really enjoy the daily specials, which are reasonably priced and plentiful. Last visit they had $1.00 tap beers ( Coors Light, Miller, Modelo) and $3.00 Sangria. Place gets crowded on the drink specials day. Overall, we think it's a good value and a good place for family dining. Good selections and variety of entrees too. I can see this place being a "regular" on our dining list.

Appetizers were average, dinner was average, desserts average, beer average. There was really nothing special about this place. There was one surprise, since there are seafood dishes on the menu how can you not have tartar sauce? You can make it in a few minutes if necessary. Really, you have to be kidding me.

My daughter and I stopped for a early dinner on the way downstate. I picked up 14 bottles of wine from the wine club. [Yea]. She had the shrimp and scallop risotto with spinach and basil, and I had the grilled scallops. Both were very good. We were disappointed that the shrimp and grits were off the menu; they will be back in the cold months I am sure. We got there about 4:30 pm and parking was easy. Service was excellent.

Well we have eaten here before and had wonderful service. I had gotten free Bang Bang shrimp for my birthday. Our waitress took our order of which we were both ordering food besides this. Someone delivered the Bang Bang Shrimp and said, "Who is having this as their meal?" Neither of us were and she put it down on the table. We didn't get plates or napkins. I had to go to another table to get them. We noticed that the other tables were all getting bread with their Bang Bang Shrimp or meals. We didn't get any or were offered any. We sat a long time waiting for everything. We did notice a wonderful waiter who was taking the time to explain the menu and just giving fantastic service, suggestions and bread. We waited a very long time for the bill. We would have had a totally different experience with the right server. I did send a message to them, but I did not hear back. I have two gift cards to use there. She never offered us drinks and when she gave us the bill, I asked her if they still had the delicious Sangaria of which she said yes. I hope for a better experience next time.
