a lot of my friends make fun that I like to eat at dennys for lunch or dinner so much but what can I say their food is really good and their service is excellent and it is not too far from home. I can feed myself and my three kids for under 30 dollars. How many places can you go and say that ??

I recently attended a surprize 90th birthday party for my Dad. Our food was very good. The scalloped potatoes were devine. It was a good thing that the serving was small; otherwise, I would have jacked up my cholesterol levels. The green beans with bacon was on point and so was the bread. I enjoyed Prime Rib that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff was professional and proficient as they executed their tasks. I finished my meal off with cake and a cup of coffee.Thye party was terrific and the birthday boy had a grand time.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on a busy weekday. As usual the food and service were great! I hadnât been there for a while and I forgot how much I like this place!! The name is actually Cafe Bliss though, not âBliss Cafe.â

Just had the senior chicken fried steak. It was done very well. The baked potato was perfect. The vegetables were a little overcooked, but most people would like them done that way.

We were driving through Oakdale on the way to Yosemite and stopped at the cafe. It turned out to be a good choice. We both had a Cobb Salad and my partner had tomato soup. Everything was fresh and tasty and had nice presentation ... what else can you ask for? And the prices was reasonable.The cafe isn't fancy -- it is a good, down-to-earth cafe with well prepared food. I would not hesitate to return ... BTW, there is seating both indoors and in an outdoor patio.

We came across this place as no other chain of restaurants came on our path on a 50 mile radius as we traveled from Yosemite to San Francisco.We saw the sign for the restaurant as all the other places seemed to be fast foods only and then saw the car park: we were a bit put off by the funny looking people at the back of the restaurant, talking on the stairs with their bulldog and funny appearance.Inside the place was almost empty but the waitress was very friendly and polite and produced our food and drinks very fast.We enjoyed everything and then we continued our journey.

On our way to Yosemite, fromSan Francisco, my husband and I wanted to find a restaurant/cafe not out of our driving route. I googled restaurants and found Cahoots. We decided to try it, and were glad that we did. The line of people, waiting to eat, was a testament to how good the food must be. Families, couples, friends were all enjoying what looked like amazing dishes. I ordered the Mexican scramble; the eggs were not rubbery or runny. They had peppers and chilis and were served with homemade beans. My husband ordered the avocado chicken sandwich. The grilled chicken breast was nicely seasoned and had jack cheese. The potato salad was the way potato salad should be : not drowning in mayonnaise. One word of caution: make sure youâre hungry. The portions are quite large, filling, and delicious.

The parking lot was crowded, that should say a lot for this esquisite spot! Filled with locals, it was a nice atmosphere. There were tables and booths, kinda picnic style, but indoors. Wait staff were very busy and efficient. First you order drinks, then your choice of meal. Didn't take long for the order to arrive. The meal was not only delicious, but plentiful! This a place you must visit if you are ever in Oakdale. I tried it, I liked it and now you the chance to try it!
