Could this be a dream!? Walking distance from our Airbnb. Incredible selection and high-quality and fair prices. Incredible space. Savory Breakfast items & we returned later for the incredible produce, we had delicious draft beer too. 4 great friends gathering for a "big" birthday and what a way to kick it off. Friendly genuine staff. Expect to be here every day. Anyone who lives here is very fortunate to have Chase's in their neighborhood. As a vegetarian for 42 years and remembering the slim pickings all those decades ago it brings a smile to my face to see the incredible creativity and talent that is evident now & especially here.Their homemade hot sauce is incredible. I bought a bottle to take home with me and i know it won't last long. Their cookies and cupcakes are decadent!! Truly a highlight of our visit to Maine.

At The Lobster Pound, our philosophy is simple: serve great food and treat guests like family. That philosophy was born in 1926, when The Lobster Pound served its first customers in the exact same spot where it stands today. From day one, weâve been commi
total rip off....total tourist trap...our food was marginal at best...something you could get in a frozen tv dinner....even worse my daughter and granddaughter begged us to bring them each a cup of lobster stew home.....$30 for two cups each having no more than a table spoon of lobster....the rest was milky lobster mush and cream....I almost drove back and demanded my money back....and we're just a couple of old hillbillies and never complain....good thing they have summer people to take from...best advice....drive right past this place.....shameful.....shameful.....

Best subs I've had anywhere. Pizza is good too, plenty of cheese and toppings. Inside is a "mini-mart" where you can pick up necessities you forgot at the "big" supermarket.

Nice pub / restaurant in Lincolnville serving local food and British style fish and chips wrapped in newspaper. Why in newspaper is the question I now sense Americans are asking themselves? Well, traditionally the British did use to have fish and chips served in newspaper, especially in the immediate post 2nd world war years, but weâve long since stopped that and they are now provided in re cycled paper. Enough distraction with the fish and chips! The choice of food was very good, my wife enjoyed her sea food bake and my haddock with clam chowder was also good with plenty of fish in the chowder.Prices were very reasonable and this was probably reflected by how busy the pub was on a Sunday lunch.

Vacation-staying in Lincolnville. Driving around sight seeing and saw this fire and brick oven sign. Stopped in---greeted by a person who took great interest in my questions. We wanted to eat in...and they deliver! Bonus right there. We ordere a couple of pies for us and our travelling companions, and the mason jar cheesecake...Delivered in 45 minutes as promised...absolutely superb. Crust on point. Toppings fresh and the black blisters made i just like a Philly pizza...'Ya gotta ty it if in that areaThank you Patrick!

This is nice little cafe in an out-of-way location; easy to miss it. We went there for breakfast. The menu is very limited, but the food was excellent and the breads appeared to be bakery fresh. Average pricing for this area. Nice staff.

We were first timers...expecting basic farm to table food. Good quality, basic recipes. Casual place, good food. WRONG!! Nice, pleasant decor. Modern finishes. Pleasant staff. Excellent ingredients, and fantastic food is what you will find. My wife had the short rib dinner. Full of flavor with delicious potatoes. She loved it. I am a moqueca fan. Have had it many, many times in Brazil. It is a tasty seafood stew with fish, shrimp, and other fresh catches. Add some peppers and the most important ingredient...coconut milk. The moqueca at Hoot was one of the best I have ever had. Ok...I will say it...it was THE best I have ever had. Not a commonly known dish, but worth a try. Great flavor. Comes with rice but you really dont need it. We have a great dinner here and will return when we are back in town. For sure.

Chez Michel is a cut apart from most Lincolnville restaurants, which serve lobster with no more panache than Coney Island serves hotdogs. Presumably French, Monsieur Michel serves American classics but prepared with French nuances that distinguish his menu from the others along Lincolnville Beach. Take something as plain as white rice. Across the street, at Whale's Tooth, I took white rice as a side. What came was a packed and flavorless lump from, it appeared, an inverted coffee cup. At Chaz Michel, my sidekick Yvonne's rice was truly flavorful, prepared with herbs and olive oil. My lobster stew was just that, thick with with thumb-size chunks .of claw in a light tasty broth--not heavy cream nor chunks of potato. Inexcusably, since this town lives on lobster, (For my entree, I had a 12-ounce prime rib. Michel should stick to seafood.) Our check came to $98. But that included three glasses of wine. Such was our dinner at Michael's, that we returned a day later. Alas, it was closed. We learned it also closes Monday and Tuesday. I'm docking Monsieur Michel a star fro that.

Margaret's is a unique combination of exceptional food and a trip to your grandmother's attic in one stop! We serve the best and freshest lobster rolls on the Maine coast at a reasonable price! Our Downeast Dogs, ice cream cones, sundaes, rootbeer floats,
We've always been fans of Alisson's in Kennebunkport when it comes to lobster rolls, and while this didn't live up to our memories of the ones we had at Alissons, they were really, really good. And, as we discovered a few days later when we stopped at Alisson's on our way back home, better than what we got there this time. Go figure!
