We came back to the Owl for a special music night that was quite nice! Mark runs a great restaurant with fabulous food, drink, service and ambiance. Everyone was having a fun time and enjoying themselves. Cauliflower appetizer and stuffed clams were perfect, the prime rib and Tuscan chicken were also perfect (and declared âbest everâ but one of the party).

Someone had recommended us because the hamburgers and quesadillas were great and inexpensive. The name also intrigued us. It is a place where locals really know each other, but are also friendly to strangers. Very quaint. If we lived in North Creek in might have more appeal that it did as a last minute whim to experience something different.

Our Ski Club spent the weekend @ the Black Mountain Lodge. The Black Mountain Restaurant is located in the center of the Lodge. All 40 of club members ate/drank here as we had no transportation. Everyone was pleased with the experience! The bar offers 22 crafts beers! The menu offers a good selection of appetizers, sandwiches & dinners. We had the wings, the Delmonico steak, Buffalo dip & BBQ sandwich. Live entertainment on Saturday night! Beautiful fireplace. Very Clean. Check hours of operation. Opened 4 PM on Sunday. Check menu addition on the Specials sheet. Beers listed on black board. They also prepared box lunches for our group.

NFL Sunday Ticket and 4 TVs! becks TAVERN is your newest Adirondack restaurant and bar located two minutes from both the lifts at Gore Mountain and the Hudson River. We offer the convenience of a German inspired alpine cuisine beneath the majestic pines o
Visited with a party of 8 and were promptly seated. Busy bar with every stool taken! Something for everyone. Sauerbraten was delicious (although the carrots were not cooked tender). Stuffed pepper app special was very good. Skip the potatoe pancakes, very bland. Pretzel app needs salt! Pierogiâs very good. Didnât have an alcoholic beverage but beer list and mixed drinks menu was very good.

We have had two banquets here this spring and they have been wonderful. The food is exquisitely prepared. There is much attention to detail and everything is delicious. The atmosphere is rustic and comfortable and the wait staff is friendly and enjoyable to be around. Their family does most of the work and you can feel the love.

We enjoyed our lunch at Marsha's. Everything tasted good and fresh. The restaurant has a lot of options to choose from with something for everyone from those who want a fresh salad to others in the mood for a fried meal. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Great lunch!

Trappers Tavern is an Adirondack style gastropub featuring hearty fare and stellar entrees. A unique feature of the decor of the tavern is a large Moose Head shot by President Teddy Roosevelt in the 1880âs above the fireplace.
Considering thereâs less than 5-6 choices in town, we have no complaints.Very nice log cabinet ambience, friendly staff and comfortable lounge type seating.Good beer selection.Food ? Think high school cafeteria, or prison food. More things fried on the menu than cooked, that tells you everything. The strip steak is probably the best on the menu, but do not confuse with striploin, itâs like a flank steak 1 cm thick and tiny portions. Way Over cooked, med rare turned cardboard fully cooked. The spaghetti with meat balls is literally the worst Iâve had in my life. Remove all traces of Italian cooking or expectations. Think prison or junior high cafeteria, Luke warm, and........ just wrong.Come in with pup food expectations and not much better than the Gore mountain cafeteria, and youâll go home semi happy.

New deli & marketplace, fantastic!
Delicious! We showed up for lunch before heading off to Revolution Rail (see my review) and everyone loved their fresh and tasty sandwiches, made to order, top of the line ingredients. The staff was awesome too. Helpful suggestions, friendly atmosphere. We also picked up jams and small pottery to give as gifts to family and friends. Prices are very reasonable for food and gifts too. Highly recommend.
