This is a great place to go for a fun lunch with lady friends but there was at least one guy there each time I have been. They have numerous flavors of chicken salad which you can sample before deciding what to order. They are all very good so deciding is not easy. The best value seems to be The Chick which comes with at scoop of chicken salad or a sandwich, side, crackers, and cookie. If you choose the sandwich you get to choose the kind of bread you want. The soup is the only thing warm on the menu and type of soups available changes daily. The tomato soup is very good as are their salads. Water, tea, and soft drinks are available but they do not serve coffee. You can also purchase containers of chicken salad to go.

We went there to meet up with work friends. They didn't take reservations but accommodated the 30-plus people that were in attendance. The drinks were great and the food was fabulous! Our servers were fast and efficient and always refilled waters without asking. Our appetizers were bought brought out on time and our food was served hot. I highly recommend this place.

I have never had a Firehouse Sub I didn't like. They give you a free sub on your birthday, which is very generous, as these subs aren't your normal Subway subs. The restaurant has always been very clean, and having the option of outdoor seating is also nice. It's a bit pricey for a lunch stop at around $10/meal, but for an every-once-in-a-while treat, it's a great option. The mix-and-match Coke machine is also a big draw.

If you think Culver's is just burger, think again! The menu is filled with variety from salads to sandwiches to dinners. Yes, great burgers, but the roast beef, fish, and everything else will bring you back. A concrete mixer, shake, or a scoop of frozen custard will round out your meal nicely.

Included as part of the California Chrome tour, our lunch at Daddy Joe's was delicious, hot and fresh. Cooked to order and served promptly in a small but nice dining area next to the gift shop and bar. Property is located next to the Taylormade golf course. Limited menu of classic American food such as burgers, chicken, hot dogs and salads. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Experience a carefully curated wine menu, hand-crafted, house-infused cocktails, handmade pizzas & heavy tapas-style hors d'oeuvres in a friendly, casual setting.
We were on Kentucky bourbon trial trip for my husbandâs birthday celebration. After reading the reviews for Nicholasville restaurants, we decided to have dinner at Euro wine bar. The location was easy to find, with easy parking. As drinks, we chose the Scofflaw (sugar cubes soaked in chocolate coffee, black walnut bitters with bourbon) and Uptown girl (cucumber/melon vodka, gin, elderflower liqueur & champagne topped with plum bitters). Then we had Brie appetizer, wedge salad and pizza w/egg in the center which I like. It is a quaint, romantic place.

Lovely atmosphere, pleasant courteous service from hostess to server. Large portions served quickly. But my creamed spinach was too salty to eat and my husbands prime rib sandwich was overly salty but edible. The other food items were fine but not outstanding. Out of salad.

This place is a really cool venue. Accented with a welcoming country vibe. The taplist in this place is solid, loaded with local craft beers. I went with two from Country Boy Brewing. I had both the Couger Bait and the Shotgun Wedding both were geat with BBQ. (Not to mention great names.) As for the food we were a group of four so we loaded up and shared. We had the Briket and Hot Chicaken sanwiches, Shrimp poorboy and the briket mac&cheese. All the sandwices were great. The standout was the brisket which next time I would go with the brisket platter. The service was also very good from the bartender to the wait staff. When back in beautiful Kentucky I will be returning to Edley's BBQ.Hey there, Robert! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us! We look forward to seeing you the next time you're in town!

Located close to the University of Kentucky campus in the historic Southland shopping area, The Ketch is an independently owned casual, family friendly grill and bar with a varied menu sure to please anyone. Recently named the #1 seafood restaurant in Ken
My husband & I stopped in for dinner. We found the restaurant not too busy the day after the 4th. Drew was our waiter and was very helpful with suggestions and keeping our iced tea glasses full; very friendly! My husband had the fried shrimp and I had fish & chips. Both were very good. The Old Bay Fries are very tasty as well. Wish I had passed up the dinner rolls for dessert tho. I was really full after we ate and the dessert menu looked delicious. $44 for all without tip. Thanks for stopping by and taking a minute to review your visit. We are happy to read that you enjoyed your food and that you mentioned Drew as your server. We also think he is a keeper. Get you desserts to go next time. :<) Hope you come again soon.
