A Wild Place to Shop and Eat. The Rainforest Cafe is located on Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls, USA inside Sheraton At The Falls and adjacent to Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. Part adventure, part restaurant decorated in amazing rainforest foliage dis
I've already reviewed the Rainforest Café, as I've dined there a number of times on solo visits; however, as my sister and her husband visited from California at the beginning of this month, I thought I'd update to include our visit! :) First of all, as I didn't refer to accessibility via public transportation in my earlier review, I'd like to point out that the Rainforest Café couldn't be more accessible by Metro Bus: all the outbound buses leaving from the Portage Road Transportation Center stop in front of the Sheraton Niagara Hotel, in which the Rainforest Café is located; what's more, the inbound #55 will pick you up at the same spot and bring you back to the Portage Road station! :) Those buses are, in fact, my usual method of getting to and from the Rainforest Café; on this visit, however, my sister's husband was driving, and she and I waited for him in the Sheraton lobby while he parked. We entered through the side door, which is close to The Reef, the Sheraton Niagara's glass-walled swimming pool, and it certainly looked inviting!! :) There seemed to be an abundance of Caribbean-style atmosphere, along with tanks filled with tropical fish - yep, I think I spotted the sand sharks! :) - but most fascinating was the "stream" that ran along the glass wall, in which small sea creatures were clearly visible - I loved the stingrays!! :) I don't know about the beautiful pool in regards to access, but everything else in the Reef seemed to be placed spaciously enough to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs! My sister and I watched the sea life until her husband returned, at which point we all went down to the Rainforest Café for dinner; the restaurant is located on the hotel's lower level, but a ramp leads down to it, past the hotel's accessible public restrooms. We were seated at a table near the animatronic tigers, which gave me a wonderful opportunity to take close-up pictures - they're so beautiful, and the adult tigers are stunning - they really do look alive! Photo lovers, check out the tiger that's standing on the rock: if you're standing at just the right angle, facing the tiger, there's a gorilla looking over his shoulder whose expression makes him look like he's plotting something! :D As ever, the food was excellent - I had the Safari Soup, which was spicy with a generous amount of hot sausage, but very good! :) My sister and her husband also enjoyed their entrees; my sister gave me a couple pieces of battered fish from her Fish 'n' Chips order, and it was scrumptious! :) The hotel's arcade and their T.G.I. Friday's Restaurant are on this level, and the Rainforest Cafe's amazing gift shop, which includes an animatronic crocodile, exits directly onto Old Falls Street. As they say, "A Wild Place To Eat And Shop"! Don't miss it!!! :)Hello Doorintosummer,WOW this is an amazing review of the total experience. First let me thank you for saying that you are a frequent return guest which immediately tells others reading this that Rainforest Café gives A WOW experience every time. Great food, great atmosphere and a amazing service team. There are so many great aspects that you mentioned about our Sheraton hotel. TGI Fridays, Starbucks, Rainforest Café, Hydro Spa and the Reef Beach Club pool. There are 4 aquariums in the hotel. One in the Rainforest Café. So once again thank you for all the kind words and a detailed description of your experiences. Say hello next time you are here.

Thereâs something for everyone... Enjoy house-seasoned smoked meats, direct from the grill, served by our pit masters; plus over 50 hot and cold seasonal items including our ultimate potato bar with five types of potatoes and over ten topping choices.
The food was okay here .. nothing to really bring me back for another visit. My partner and I only had the all you can eat (we had water for beverages) and it was over $80.00 and not even close to worth that price. Our server was barely around and not attentive at all. I'm also not a big fan of the TIF (tourism improvement fee) that was added to our bill.I didn't realize it until after we left and I researched what the fees were. They are fees added to every bill and it seems the fees only exist in Niagara Falls. You can refuse to pay the TIF as they are not government mandatory. In my opinion everything is so expensive in the tourism area of Niagara Falls that the fact this extra fee is added was a big turn off for me.I cannot imagine a time I will ever visit this restaurant again.

Visited for breakfast and diner was fairly quiet. Very quaint diner, friendly and informal. Good range of options on menu and specials board available. We sampled the Canadian breakfast and the pancakes. Food was all freshly cooked and tasty with good portions. Service was superb.Definitely recommend a visit for an alternative to the hotels and chains.

I feel that you can't go wrong with whatever you order at this restaurant! Delicious apps & great ribeyes! Service was great, restaurant was quiet, nice music, and wine selection was good! Glad we chose this restaurant over the EXPENSIVE steakhouses in the area! It was fantastic! It's always nice to have options! Great to hear you enjoyed the variety our menu has to offer and that we could treat you to a quiet, relaxing experience and a delicious meal. Here's hoping you'll be able to join us again if you're ever in the area. Cheers, Danny & Mary Radice, Owners

Child friendly breakfast and lunch. Only Canadian debit or casfh- Canadian or US dollars.
I found this restaurant on the Find Me Gluten agree app me in preparation for our family trip to Niagara Falls. My son is autistic and is on a gluten-free diet so we were so happy to find this cute little restaurant with gluten free options just up the street from our hotel! The food was delicious and the wait staff was wonderful. Highly recommended! Go early because they get busy! My only suggestion to them is to replace their chairs. They are very wobbly and I thought I was going to bust my butt LOL

Went to the Blue Line Diner for breakfast. Cannot say enough of this place. The staff is amazing and the food is delicious. Owned by NHL Hall of Famer, Marcel Dionne, every table has a decal of an NHL team and there are tons of photos. Marcel even cleans tables if it's busy. His store is right next door and has tons of memorabilia. He chatted with us and had a photo taken with us. We loved it so much that we went there for breakfast both days we were in Niagara Falls!!!

A contemporary steakhouse with classic Fallsview flair. Featuring premium steaks, exceptional service, and the most stunning views of Niagara Falls, Prime offers a modern steakhouse experience like it's never been done before.
Very good steakhouse! Sara R. Was our server and she was excellent, very nice and super attentive. Starters were both excellent, beef tar tar and crab cake. We both ordered medium rare USDA prime NY strips. My spouseâs was cooked perfectly medium rare. Mine was more medium... Sara did ask if the steaks were cooked correctly and I chose not to say anything. Even at medium it was a delicious steak. Sides were excellent, Brussel sprouts AMAZING, great mushrooms, and good fries with a delicious truffle mayo. We were, unfortunately, too full for dessert. Decent wine list. It would have been nice if they dimmed the lights a bit more on the window in the dining room. We will definitely go back. Very good, solid, steakhouse!
