The rating is for what they do: tasty traditional American food without esoteric flourishes for very reasonable prices. For example, great pancakes and french toast, massive french-fry orders. Most cooked dishes are fried, portions are large. In other words, leave dietary rules behind and enjoy.

End of a long, frustrating day. Look up places in Morris to eat, get a cold brew and hopefully avoid TOO many loud college animals. This place was PERFECT. My server was funny and fast, suggested a NY strip that was excellent, the salad bar was top shelf, and the Lagunitas was icy. I'll be back every time I'm in town this summer, you can bet a bottom dollar.

We support locally sourced food! Great concept and we hope this restaurant can continue to refine and improve this concept and find great success. VERY Limited food items, but food we had was very flavorful. Wine list needs an overhaul, not extensive or palatable for a refined taste. Service seemed in disarray and kitchen was disorganized at the time of our visit-many troubles with our service and order. We will try again, since we know how important it is to support local small businesses.

I was happy to find a Subway in Morris. I wanted to eat healthier food on my trip. I discovered what a "chop salad" is -- I prefer salads that are not so blended together, like Subway used to have.
