Tonight I visited burger urge for the first time and god was I delighted! We were first greeted by a young man very very lovely so confident in the way he had spoke, very charismatic, very friendly and polite, loves a joke and loves a chat. We ordered our food then sat down. prior to our food arriving, Ben returned to us asking about our days and relating back to himself in a joking manner, discussed the business and itâs environment. Then our delicious food arrived and again another delight! Ben returned after our food had been demolished. He continued talking, after he left he continued doing the exact same thing he was doing to us to everyone else, so thorough and lovely and was good to know he is so good at what he was doing with customers. Honestly if he werenât there, I wouldnât return and Burger Urge Greenhills would never be the same. PAY RISE FOR THIS MAN !!Thanks for the wonderful feedback. He does a great job Ben. I will be passing on your praise. My aim is to have all of our staff offering the same sort of service. Ben might be our youngest but he can show the way for all crew! Hope to see you again soon.

One of our friends enjoys coming to Rashays so as it was her birthday, we invited her to breakfast. Whilst I understand that it was a public holiday, there appeared to be minimal staff as it took over 45 minutes for 2 Junior breakfasts and 3 Adult breakfasts. When the food arrived, the emphasis appears to be quantity rather than quality. So if you have time to spare and arenât too fussy on your palate, I would recommend Rashays.Good Afternoon,Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for your experience. We would love to gather more information. Please call us on 13000 13000 or email us at [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you.Regards,John - Customer Service.
We were travelling from Sydney to Tamworth an decided to stop at KFC for lunch. This was a huge mistake! This KFC is quite large and has outdoor seating and although there was hardly anyone in the restaurant most of the tables were dirty and needed a good clean. The staff were the worst I have ever come across in a fast food restaurant. The youth that served us made no eye contact, had no idea about customer service and could not answer a single question regarding the menu. I ordered a specific wrap and I asked what type of sauce was on it as it wasn't listed on the menu. Three times I asked the same question and he couldn't understand what I meant. Well that's what I took the shrug of the shoulders to mean. In the end I just ordered the wrap and decided I would have to find out for myself. As I said, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and yet it took half an hour tor our order to arrive, which was a three piece feed and my wrap. All of which was almost cold! My wrap had brown lettuce, one small chicken tender and it was absolutely swimming in this flavourless brown sauce, all in a wrap that was so stale it was brittle . Very unappetising to say the least. I was going to take it back but couldn't have faced dealing with the youth behind the counter again. I ate the chicken tender and threw out the rest. So if you are driving through Maitland and you see this KFC - keep driving! I highly recommend that you avoid this restaurant!
