Ate here prior to going to the cinema. First observation was waiting area with over 5-6 groups waiting, but told that the bar area (which had tables as well) was available and could serve quickly. Nearly walked out because of all the tables with food leftovers and dirty plates - at least 7-8 tables, just looked a total mess. Walking to our 'clear table' was rather sticky - the floor was simply dirty with drink spillage etc making it the stickiest floor I have experienced in a restaurant - anywhere in the world. Service time was fine and staff were friendly. We just had regular burgers - OK meat patty, but 2 thin slices of tomato, 1 floppy lettuce leaf and 4 slices of pickle plus 3 slices of onion - well that does not represent anything special to say the least -quality or value. Burger King is better. We asked about the tables not cleared and the waitress told us that when state minimum wage went up, management sacked all the bus boys, and some event in Vegas that weekend had resulted in an even more severe staff shortage that weekend. This chain, at least in California, is clearly run by incompetent managers who simply are not addressing staff issues. Having said that I still think in the 40 mins we were there, at least a couple of tables could have been cleared. Overall, poor because of this grubbiness - food quality is just very mediocre along with so many mid to low priced restaurants I have experienced in the area. Without doubt, Silicon Valley with a couple of exceptions is the worst area for restaurant food I have lived in. So much mediocrity and such poor management re staffing shortages.

Good service, reasonably priced, delicious food, and great margaritas. Being Sunday, the place was quite crowded and we had to wait for ~5 mins to be seated. The play is a bit expensive, though. Kids exhausted ~$60 in ~1.5 hours and got back a toy as the prize, while I worked on my laptop in the dining area.

After a great experience at the Orlando, Florida, location, I decided to give the Milpitas location a try. We ordered a shrimp platter and a sirloin steak. We ordered two non-alcoholic drinks that arrived more than 5 minutes apart. Order taking process seriously flawed although I suspect a bit of âbait and switchâ was going on when it came to ordering sides. The menu states it comes with mash potatoes and âoneâ side. I stated that I wanted my potatoes with the langostino topping; as it turns out, this was a $5 option. Buyer beware. My partner ran out of dressing for her salad. We had to talk to three different employees before we got some. Then the meals arrive. The plates are very hot but the food was lukewarm at best. I talk to the manager and get them to remake the meals. That takes another 20 minutes. The food is warmer, but not really hot. We eat. The steak was a lot more tender in Orlando. The food is all very salty. Very disappointing for a $60 meal.Hi afm_kontakt, weâre sorry to learn about your disappointing experience at our Milpitas restaurant and weâd like to know more. Would you be able to give us a call at 800-562-7837; MondayâFriday from 10:00AM to 1:00PM, and 2:00PM to 5:00PM ET so that we may learn more about your experience?

We went later Friday night. Applebee's was very busy. We decided to get their happy hour (late night) appetizer specials. We had shrimp, chicken, and chicken quesadilla (as they had run out of steak by then.)My husband enjoyed his Margarita. I had their lemonade.Food was good and filling. However, since it was very busy, the restaurant (and rest room areas) were a bit overly messy. That detracted in part from the meal. Attention to details like this would have moved my rating from average to very good.

Great for steak and so much more⦠Black Angus Steakhouse has built its reputation on providing a Genuine American Steakhouse experience to remember. Our Chefs are proud to serve only Black Angus steaks that are carefully aged, fresh-cut daily, and grilled
The food was great and so was the service. A friend was celebrating a birthday and was given a complimentary large fresh baked cookie with ice cream, which was nice. The only downside was the fact that we had to wait 15 minutes for a table at lunch time even though plenty of tables were available, due to the fact that they were short staffed, according to the Host. But, the food made it worth the wait.I am happy to see that your positive comments far outweigh the negative and thank you for bringing to our attention the issues you had when visiting. We apologize and please be assured that we are thankful for your constructive criticism as it will influence how we continue to strive to deliver truly remarkable service.

Went there last Friday night for a birthday party celebration of about 100+ people, and had a great time. I ordered a Filet mignon . The steak was very good. Did not know that everything was a la carte ,so the soup and salad were separate. Atmosphere was semi-formal. The dining area and restroom are well kept. The service was good and the owner was making sure everything was taken care of. Our bill with red wine came out to be about $50 a person, which was quite reasonable. I would recommend my friends to this place. I would come back again.

My friends and I live in Milpitas and we dine at Milâs quite often. Milâs has wonderful breakfast choices. They are all quite ample in portion size and the food is delicious. For lunch, the salads, gyros and sandwiches are great as well as the other items on the menu. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This is a diner-type of restaurant and it is one of our favorite local restaurants.

Outback Steakhouse is a chain restaurant, spread in many cities. My wife and I have dined there more than once. The place is nothing to rave for, and definitely not an upper class restaurant. Its service is at best so-so. However, its price is very reasonable, and it serves good sized portions. Its meat is barely acceptable quality. It seems to be always busy; I think it is due to its price/portion appeal for average income family. These days, restaurant prices in Silicon Valley just about hit the roof for any decent restaurant. It is hard to find a decent restaurant meal for less than $60 per person, (w/o liquor/wine) when dining out. Here, one can have a reasonable meal for less than 40, including tax and tips.

People are simply in love with the food at Black Bear Diner! Maybe thatâs because we always make the extra effort to ensure the very best taste to go along with our exceptional service. And it doesnât end there â head outside for a quick photo op with one
went there for dinner, chose broiled salmon on vegetables and brocolli on the side, was a fitness meal with only 440 calories. Menu shoes the calories for every dish. Fod was average, fish had a few bones. Coffee was a little weak, for a quick bite it is ok, nothing fancy.
