The Corner Deli is much more than just a 'deli.' It is a small local full restaurant with daily specials as well as a full regular menu. Tonight the place was packed for a Monday night. The food was very good. Each of us had the fish sandwich w/fries special. Very large piece of fish-larger than the bun it was on and lots of fresh cut fries.Food came out quickly, but there was only 1 waitress working so she was having to take care of everyone as well as ring everyone up as they paid. She was very efficient, but just couldn't do the extra things like refill drinks quickly, etc.If you are in the Thompsonville area, be sure to stop here for a meal.

This restaurant is part of a chain called Original Italian Pizza. This location is called Downtown OIP and Grille
Excellent Italian cuisine. Subs, sandwiches and just plain bread with dinner are out of this world with fresh baked chewy (in a GOOD way) bread. Large and varied menu. Excellent service. Clean and comfortable dining room. Prices were very reasonable. Take out area was hopping as well.

I wish they weren't an hour and a half away, because this place is awesome! Good food, great beer, and amazing people. Whether interacting with a first-timer like me or the local regulars, the staff were all so pleasant and welcoming. Very much looking forward to my next visit!
This restaurant is 8 miles south of Port Royal, PA on Route 75. This a a great place to stop for a Central PA breakfast. They open at 06:00 and close at 14:00. For lunch they are primary a sandwich, soup and salad establishment. Though the menu is limited the quality is very good.

The Bread of Life Restaurant is a local, family-owned restaurant, serving hungry customers since 2003. We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere, complemented by our original homemade recipes made with fresh, local ingredien
It had been several years since we had eaten at the Bread of Life restaurant because we had never been that impressed with the food, BUT⦠something changed during our recent visit because the breakfast we were served was amazing! The BoL is very popular with locals for simple, traditional/local dishes all provided in a wholesome environment. Many items on the menu are named after biblical characters or events, which are cute to read; Apostolitzers (Appetizers)- including Red Sea Fries (loaded fries); Samson burger, etc. The breakfast we had was delicious! My wife ordered the spinach eggs Benedict special and stated they were some of the best eggs Benedict she has had (and she regularly orders them wherever we go). I ordered the breakfast sandwich on thick country wheat toast, eggs, bacon, and cheese, which was also very good. The others in our party had the stuffed French toast, which also was very good! The only small complaint I would have is the coffee, which was ok at best, but I enjoy a strong robust coffee with breakfast. The BoL is only open Tuesday through Saturday, but opens at 6:00AM. I look forward to having breakfast here again in the near future.

The Red Zone has some of the best breakfasts in the Mifflintown PA area HOWEVER they are no longer serving breakfasts on weekday (M-Th) mornings. Serving breakfasts on weekends only now. Also for lunch and dinner their menu has not changed with their Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers being the best tasting ones in the area.If traveling between Harrisburg and State College on Route 322 this is a great stop for lunch and/or dinner on any day. On the Weekends their breakfasts are worth stopping in.

The Econolodge, which is a few steps away, provides discounts for breakfast. The staff is always very friendly, and the service is very quick. The menu is typical truck meals, but we always find a large contingency of locals eating here. The food is quite good and the portions can be humongous - first time in a long while that I could finish my pancakes.

Went in for Sunday dinner with a guest who has dietary restrictions and eats only vegetarian. The menu was great for myself but very very limited for anyone with food restrictions.. The place was clean and nice decor. Service was good but the selection very limited for my guest.

This place has been here for years. It is always a great place to have ice cream or ice cream after dinner. The burgers are pretty good. The wings are average.
