My husband and I had fish and shrimp tacos! They were awesome and look forward to another meal at Longfin Grill. There's not a lot of seafood in Meadows of Dan, and we have missed it greatly. Can't imagine anyone would be disappointed.

Management have an amazing staff in the 19th Pub, where you can get lunch, dinner or just drinks any day! All the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and we look forward to seeing them all again soon! The gourmet burgers are off-the-hook, but be sure to try everything, it's all good. Even the chicken cobb salad goes beyond your expectations to take such a simple dish to a new level. The chef's proprietary applepie moonshine-based barbecue sauce is so good it should be illegal (heck, it probably IS in some states). I wish they would consider bottling and selling it; I'd never grill with anything else ever again.

Got seated in just a few minutes, despite being Sunday on Labor Day weekend. Saw the special on the board and was captivated by "10 pieces of fried chicken, drumsticks and thighs, plus 2 sides and biscuits." Didn't seem possible but waitress confirmed. We were thinking that the pieces would be tiny but, no, they were full sized! $10.95! Wife and I split, gave one piece to son-in-law and took 3 more home. Perfect! delicious! Rest of the party equally satisfied with their orders. Service was quick, cafe clean, will surely skip Mabry Mill Restaurant next time and come here. BTW, I give it a 5 because it is so danged good for a little country cafe. Not 5-star, it just is what it is. Best find in a long while.

A Breakfast and Sandwich Shop inside our farmers market and old fashion country store. Homemade salads and desserts. Highway 58 at the junction of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Near Mabry Mill. Open seven days a week 365 days a year.
We had basic breakfast food. I had sausage gravy and bisquits and fried potatoes and coffee. My partner had 2 eggs toast, potatoes and ham. We waited 45 minutes and put up with a young lady with attitude. Well sometimes an attitude will get you nothing. That is what her tip was. I rarely do not tip. But when I waited a long time my food was cold and my server was in the next area over on her phone...well it is what it is.

Very busy restaurant adjacent to the popular Restored Mabry Mill. Our experience included a 40 minute wait at 1:30 in the afternoon. We were able to spend time at the Mill while we waited to be âbuzzedâ. Service was slow, waitress was pleasant, no atmosphere. They serve breakfast all day.I ordered pancakes with pecans and apple compote. The meal was plentiful & tasted good. My wife ordered the Turkey Caprese Wrap with fresh fruit. The wrap was bland. The fresh fruit included only 3 kinds of melon, nothing else! The price was reasonable. Overall, this restaurant did not meet our expectations.

We recently had brunch on our way out of Primland. I think they generally do a continental/dessert buffet with an ordered entree for brunch;however, the reservations were so few that they did everything via buffet. The food was very good although I think I'd prefer the other format. Service was great.
