Occasionally I find myself craving tacos, avocado, or omelets and I know exactly where I want to go for a wonderful lunch. Whether I dine alone or with others, the food and the servers please my palate. They are deliciously consistent and I always leave feeling good and guilt free. They offer their breakfast items all of the time that they are open. One time I was having a hard time choosing between the spinach omelet and the avocado tacos so my server actually suggested that they could combine them and it was a yummy combo. I do not require eating gluten free, but all of their menu items work for those who have the issue. They offer a hot lunch buffet, but I have avoided it only because I do not wish to be tempted to overeat. Sorry that I have no opinion to write here regarding the buffet. I have never been disappointed by the menu offerings.Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to write this beautiful review. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

Take the effort to find Holy Smokes by heading off the main drag. Expect real BBQ,generous portions and smoking good flavor. The chopped brisket sandwich and Noahâs salad were outstanding and served promptly. Itâs plain decor inside and out hides the great food awaiting you. BTW- The pinto beans are amazing. Will return for more BBQ and next time will have one of the homemade desserts.

Great food, friendly people, casual atmosphere and lakefront location are what make River City Grille a favorite spot for the folks in Marble Falls and Highland Lakes.
Had the Hatch green chili chicken with corn. It was very good. The breading was made with potato chips...very crunchy. I really liked it. Only disappointing part was the salad.Thank you for your review. Glad to hear you enjoyed the Paul's Chicken. Hope to see you again soon!

We d coded to give the restaurant a try after reading good reviews and we were not disappointed. We were promptly seated, the place was clean and busy. The Mac and cheese was to die for, tasty crawfish in a delicious well seasoned Mac and cheese. The onion rings were tasty as well. The red beans were not to our liking, but that is just a matter of taste and not seasoned the way we like. The shrimp and grits was a huge serving of grits with sautéed onions, red and green peppers, jalapeño and at least ten tender shrimp. My husband enjoyed the fried chicken and we took a piece of key lime pie home. The pie was more of a cheese cake and it was just ok. I definitely plan on returning to try the gumbo and other dishes.

Noon Spoon Cafe has been open for 9 years and serves delicious soups, fresh salads, quesadillas, baked potatoes and daily specials to name a few for lunch. The lunch menu is large with plenty of choices for vegetarians, carnivores and gluten free options.
So, a German chemical/electronics expert, two travel savvy RNs and the reviewer walk into a cafe right about lunch close, and... wow, what a treat! The Noon Spoon opened wide the hospitality door and settled significant appetite differences swiftly, smoothly, and with classic Texas charm. Sandwiches, both Chicken and Beef, were grilled and very good. The stuffed tomato/avocado duo filled the plate and the bill for very, very good chicken salad. The Spicy Carrot soup was 2x just right, the zing and the vegetable components blended beautifully. Chips and salsa were what theyre supposed to be in S TX, crunchy fresh and just salty enough for one part, fresca y delicioso for the other. Coffee? Why, yes, thank you, 3 newly brewed cups at past 2 pm with speed and a smile from Nadine, our hostess. Thats 3 for one guest, and more was available. The only alas part of this fine luncheon visit was the greedy appetite of the days previous customers who had the bad taste to devour a days worth of Blackberry Cobbler by 1:30. The horror! We forgive them ...perhaps. Find this tiny charmer just off 281 and you will have found a happy place for your and your companions taste buds.
