Things to do in Louisburg
The food is good, the buffet has a good selection. The service is good too. They have senior discounts between 11 am to 4 pm.
This little place is a hidden gem that is worth exploring. Louisburg has just a few local, good places to eat. You do have to get off the main drag, but it is worth the trip. The matron of the deli is a wonderful and attentive host. She takes some of our most loved foods and combines them in a way to highlight each ingredients, and then creates it's own flavor. If you find yourself in this neck of the woods, please give this place a try.
Food was good but service was bad! When i asked for a birthday shake that they had tons of advertising pictures of, The worker said "Lord, what kind of damn shake they want" As if making food (which is her job) was way to hard on her. This was the one is Louisburg NC. Ive never been back and wont go back.

Wings were OK, a little better than the franchise restaurant, but not the best ever. I generally request the hottest sauce because most establishments give you a sauce that is so-so; I will say this about Kegs, their hottest sauce is truly too hot to serve. I eat habaneros like a vegetable so I'm not afraid of hot/spicy food; but this sauce burned my tongue and the insides of my mouth. I had to throw half of the meal away. I am willing to give them another shot and try the medium level sauce and see how that tastes. Service was good, but I did take out.

Bigger, Better Biscuits, for Breakfast and Lunch. Our Chicken and Cheddar Biscuit is our Top Seller. We also serve Hamburgers, Hot dogs, Chicken Salad and Tuna Salad Sandwiches (whole wheat bread, buns or biscuits, your choice). Great Sweet Tea :-)
Biscuits taste like "grandma" made them. Ham very good, sausage a little dry and spicy for my taste. Can eat in or drive-thru. Sunrise has been in Louisburg for decades and fast food places can't touch them as far as what they offer. Worth going to and paying a little extra.

Try the lobster Bisque. It's salt water, flower, and extra salt. Complete garbage. At 8 dollars a cup, you would assume it would have chunks of lobster or at least it's flavoring! Other then the very friendly staff, this place is horrible. Over priced, Horrible location, and recently horrible food. Believe me, they used to make a Lobster Bisque that made you question if they made a profit it was so delicious, with even chunks of lobster! Now it's salty cream soup with a hint of arm pit and compromise.

They have really good food for a reasonable price! Desserts too, it's a simple place & you don't have to dress up to go.
