Hit the google while perusing the good town of Lenoir and surrounding areas. "Gastropub" caught my eye though I feel that term is overused lately. The place is hidden away on a corner near the police station and downtown area; however, there's plenty of outdoor seating which we enjoyed on this cool, beautiful day.The beer was a summer ale, the beer was medium rare, and the house chips were crunchy and pleasant. No complaints here. We will return.

Sagebrush is a casual dining Steakhouse. Our menu is full of appetizing items with an emphasis on hand-cut steaks. We also offer award winning ribs, fresh seafood & chicken, as well as a variety of garden fresh salads, appetizers, homemade desserts and a
The steaks and other entrees are good, but it's not the place to go if you want a salad bar meal. Service is fast and friendly and everything is well prepared as ordered.Thank you for your comments and feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your steak and I will forward your comments to the corporate team regarding the salad bar. We hope to see you again soon. Christine

This is the former Southern Comforts in Blowing Rock or where Knights on Main was as well. The building owner where Southern Comforts used to lease out for their restaurant is a jerk. He has run out so many tenants!!!We went to where Southern Comforts was in Blowing Rock and saw they had moved to Lenioir, so on our way home to Waxhaw today, we found them and ate our Blowing Rock Departing Breakfast. Always courteous, FAST Service and great food.

Enjoyed eating here. Very nice staff, quick and efficient service. Our entrees were good, salad bar could have a few more items. Also a very limited draft beer selection. Overall a good experience.

Ate a chicken sandwich for a lunch special. The waitress got just about everything wrong. She brough the wrong food, sweet tea instead of unsweet, told us side salads came with our order and later told us she was wrong, so gave them to us for free. Went back one night and ate the bar. The service was excellent. Had their calabash chicken - very tasty. Had good beer selection. Serve food later than most in lenoir.

Dinner started with tasty O-Ring shaped cornmeal Hushpuppies. I enjoyed my "Salt and Pepper" fried Catfish Fillets with cole slaw and sweet potato topped with brown sugar. My spouse;s Fried Captainâs Platter of Shrimp, Scallops, Clams, Crab, Fish with cole slaw and Collard Greens was also good. Both entrees were huge portions. Their Key Lime Pie for dessert was average. The interior decor is dated, but very clean. Shawna provided energetic, friendly southern service. They participate in airline dining miles programs.

BEST WINGS & SALADS IN TOWN!! Large Selection of Craft Beer!
They were having website problems this day. I message them on FB, reaction time was seconds. We had 3 different sauces with our wings and 3 different beers. The staff was smiling when talking to us and other customers. The wings were very good. Not over cook. Lots of draft beers to choose from. I had the Mountain Layers Newfound Golden Ale from Bryson City, NC. The other two ladies had different beers also. The bathrooms were very clean. They do have weekly specials also.

Hannah's BBQ in Lenoir is the original Hannah's BBQ restaurant owned by James Hannah. Founded in 1982. Offering a quick full service dining room experience with a convenient pick up window and carryout service as well. The menu consists of BBQ favorites s
We've found that take out can be disappointing at times. It seems that restaurants know that you won't discover that charred or gristly meat until you get it home and we usually won't go out again to take it back. Hannah's is an exception, especially with their sliced barbecue. I prefer sliced because I can actually see what I'm eating. With chopped I don't know what's in there. :) However, my husband likes their chopped barbecue and has found no unhappy surprises.

Awesome restaurant with excellent and super friendly staff. Had the Cobb salad, which was full of bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, turkey, blue cheese, etc. Son had pulled pork, which was very tasty. We shared a delicious blackberry dessert, which was as fantastic. Overall, would highly recommend. They do have an additional charge if you use credit, so best to pay with cash.
