All the staff & employees were absolutely wonderful, the food was fine, but shocking management! As someone who had a shocking first job when younger, I was absolutely appalled to see how Rhonda speaks to & treats her staff, made me think right back to my first job! There is no respect and absolute belittlement- especially toward younger staff. I simply cannot support a business that mistreats and manipulates staff members- no matter what age.

Docâs is a good small town bar - often have live music and weather permitting nice outdoor seating in old diwntiwn Lebanon,OH. We tend to go for trivia night Monday.Burgers are good and some of the specialties are interesting like fried green beans. Sandwiches are really just average . Good assortment of beers and spirits - prices are not small town prices - a little higher than local dive bars - but charming atmosphere and good people

I don't like to give mediocre or bad reviews, but...we stopped here while driving through Ohio to visit relatives and at another Skyline Chili. Neither time impressed us. The food was bland and the chili was almost soupy in consistency. The first time we ordered "5-way" over spaghetti. The "mound" of cheese was way way overkill for any single portion and we only thought they were trying to disguise how mediocre the chili was...the 2nd time we tried chili dogs and the hot dogs were terrible. They were barely warmed and utterly flavorless. We've had 5 way chili other places (even in Virginia!) and it was very, very good. It you are traveling and desperate to stop, it will fill you, and even though the prices are very cheap, the food shows it. We may be spoiled by our mother's excellent homemade chili recipe (simple browned ground beef, can of tomatoes, cumin, paprika, chili powder, kidney and pinto beans - hardly rocket science!). For a somewhat signature dish of Ohio, this was chili was beyond disappointing and Skyline Chili's place will be off our list.

Friday night at prime time and we were seated quickly, from there everything went up hill! Our server was with us in just a couple of minutes and had our drinks to us just as quick. Most of us ordered wings both traditional and smoked both were delicious, in fact, I would recommend some of each. The service, the food, the timeliness were all top notch and I will definitely visit here again when in town! Great establishment!

My first thought on entering this restaurant was that Robert Irvine could have a field day. It looks very 50ish with dark wood and white tableclothes. The entry way needs some updating and the flower beds are very overgrown. That being said the food was good - I actually had frog legs and fried apples as well as the legendary salad bar for lunch. We split a piece of cheesecake (it was huge) for dessert. I think on the next visit I would just choose the salad bar as there was several meat salads that were quite tasty.

After being treated poorly at another restaurant this establishment saved the day. My children, who are usually picky eaters, loved it. We sat outside and were promptly greeted. Food and service couldnt have been better. We have already started letting people know how great it is.

We'd never been here before and we may never return to this area, but this restaurant will always leave a great lasting memory. It appears to be the local hot spot for breakfast, and they were very busy when we arrived. Still, they seated us right away and we had coffee in about 2 minutes. Service was excellent. I had French Toast & Sausage Patties that were delicious, and my wife had Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Pancakes. All the food was delicious! The coffee was exceptional. I'm very glad to have found this breakfast gem!

It has been a while since we were here as we moved out of the area. Traveling by we decided to stop and glad we did. My wife had the chicken and I had the turkey dinner. The salad is amazing good. The food came out at good temperature and tasted very good. Wait staff was attentive without being pushy. We did opt for desert and I say just get one desert after such a filling meal. The only disappointment was that the main course came out and wer were not done with our salad...not to fear, set the salad aside but finished it after the main course.
