Just a solid simple place to eat. This used to be a Howard Johnson's and you can see that in the Physical layout of the place. good soups, good burgers and a number of Chaklboard specials. Staff seems to be nice. Pretty popular place!

Very tasty breakfast and pleasant staff. Gets crowded, so you might want to arrive on the early side in the morning. Pancakes and omelets were well-prepared and they offer a good amount of food. Coffee was fairly good as well.

I was excited to go here after reading the reviews. Less excited by far after my breakfast wrap number one. The egg white wrap was healthy...just tasteless. Well...did taste of salt. Should have gone two doors down....would not recommend. Husband enjoyed his huge carrot muffin.

Sometimes a server is the difference - maker in a dining experience. Last Saturday night our server introduced herself as "T." We asked what T stood and she explained (and spelled) that her name is Tereccia. We said the T was for terrific because she provided outstanding service with a warm and friendly personality. The food at Bonefish was, as expected, also outstanding. I usually have their Salmon which is always fresh and perfectly prepared, but this time I went for the Atlantic Haddock, a nightly special. I had it blackened with my favorite topping, mango salsa. It came with two sides --- I opted for the string beans and coleslaw. Perfect. We arrived around 6:15, just before the end of happy hour and so I was able to have a martini for something like $8.50. I like that the happy hour prices extend to the dining area as well.We had a chance to meet and talk with Dan, the managing partner and a great guy.. He was, of course, pleased to hear about T and her great service.

Stumbled in on a sleepy summer afternoon and had pretty low expectations. The decor is not particularly inspiring & there were few other diners. The menu sounded nice, but wasn't sure of the quality. We had a little time constraint & were concerned because it appeared that just the manager (owner?) was the only person on the front end.All of our concerns were unfounded. Service was prompt & extremely courteous. Food was very tasty. Only 1 of us ordered a starter (soup), but he brought a cup of the second soup so that I could try it and have something to eat for the first course.Lovely experience and would definitely recommend.

Went there on June 2019 to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Great place, no doubt. The prices are little high for the area, but thatâs OKThis place has no consistency. There was a table next to us with 5 guys. When they got their orders, 2 steaks our of 5 were sent back since they werenât cooked right. I can imagine it could happen if youâre stopped somewhere to eat but folks...this restaurant is being positioned as a fine steakhouse and I canât accept the fact that they could screw it up..Letâs get back to the object. Once the steaks re-arrived, one was fine and the second one was undercooked. What a shame!!! It seems that their grill cook donât know what heâs doing My prime rib was great. Juicy and delicious . My wifeâs minion was OK, little overcooked but she ate it Will we return? Probably one day. But I think that the prices there are not completely match the quality and tier of that place.

"Inventive American Cuisine"- We are a BYOB restaurant.- We are closed Mondays.- We are less than a mile from Rt 95 and just a few miles south of Princeton. - We have free parking.- We are street level and easily accessible for wheelchairs.
Acacia is in Lawrenceville, NJ and across the main street from the well-regarded Lawrenceville School. Dining in the summer when school is on break gives the restaurant a relaxed, quiet and reseeved atmosphere. The menu is small but filled with exciting appetizers, salads, and entrees. We enjoyed the beet salad, crabcakes, porkchop and chocolate trifle. Prices are in the $20's and $30's for entrees. No wine list but you can bring your own bottles. Service was attentive.
