My family comes here often. We have been customers for over 8 years and the staff are welcoming and kind. Food is fantastic! I love the banana walnut pancakes and banana french toast! My kids love the burritos, crepes and chocolate pancakes! Great coffee! They get busy so sometimes it takes a little bit to get your food. But it well worth it!

As a visitor on holiday to the US, I discovered this lovely eatery in a quiet neighbourhood of Lancaster, California. The exterior of this restaurant belies the gem hidden within. You walk in and are transferred back to the 1950's with the walls covered in memorabilia and shelves, counter and tables adorned with numerous items from that era. The atmosphere and setting is spot on, the centrepiece being a fabulous jukebox filled with hit records and fully working. The food and staff couldn't be faulted and it was a perfect start to the day to eat breakfast there. Highly recommend.

Came here to participate in a hot rod cruise event and discovered a cool brewery dedicated to our military. Lot's of military photo's dedicated to our fallen heroes. Possibly 20 different brews available, a very nice and open atmosphere, a great friendly group of folks attending the bar, a nice experience. Only downside is no food is available.

Got the salad bar special which was a great value. Waitress was very friendly but kept disappearing. Necer refilled drinks had another waitress get us more honey butter for corn bread. Clean restaurant and restrooms.

Had high hopes for this place given the lack of other nice dining options in the area, but was disappointed. Came for lunch. Service was slow, the steakhouse butter was forgotten, then had the wrong one delivered (garlic and herb instead of Bernaise) melted in a puddle in a little cup...and I found a long black hair in the green beans of my entree. Steak was well over cooked as was my partnerâs. To be fair, the sides were good: green beans, baked potato soup, and au gratin potatoes. I appreciated that the manager rectified the situation with my entree by removing it from the bill and offering a free dessert, but the experience still left a bad taste in my mouth. Reticent to return. We appreciate you visiting for lunch, but we're sorry you were disappointed in your experience. Serving our guests high quality dishes, made with great care by our culinary team, is of the utmost importance, so we'll be sure to review your comments. Thank you for letting us know the manager made things right while you were still here. Your feedback is valued, and if you're ever in the area again, we hope you'll give us another chance to better serve you. Respectfully, Jacquie W., Guest Relations Manager

We stopped by mid week and were surprised to find it so lively. There was music and different birthday parties. We got seated right away and service was great. We ordered a few things, 2 appies and one entree. The food was ok, the appies could be better but the entree, porcini sachets were good.

With the high reviews, I expected much more. I was first greeted by an odd smell in the restaurant. The staff was not all that friendly, and the chicken fettucine was very oily. Not worth the price I paid.

We have proudly been serving breakfast and lunch in the Antelope Valley for almost 40 years and have been named Best Breakfast for 15 years. Our food is homemade, our portions are huge and our service is the best. We offer daily specials and are reasonabl
Service was stellar and yes, the omelettes are ridiculously bigâbut why??? Iâd rather have a smaller omelette that was well cooked and tasty instead of a metric ton of barely cooked mushrooms, raw onions, over dried meat, and the very thinnest possible coating of egg over all so that it could still possibly be called an omelette. My partner and I split one (with a side of utterly forgettable hash browns) and still couldnât get out of there for less than $25. For breakfast! Amazing. One entree and one cup of coffee for $25. I do not understand the appeal of this place.
