The waiting staff are friendly and the menu descriptions are very enticing. However when they eventually arrive the burgers are definitely nothing to write home about; mine with Camembert had almost no cheese and the thinnest patty you can imagine. The coleslaw was lacking sauce and the chips disappointing. Quite pricey for what you get - Iâve had better at fast food places. Good location and the drinks are okay but not recommended.Hi Philip_Ward! Thank you for your message and your visit. We are sorry to hear, that you couldn't enjoy your visits completely. It is of high importancy for us, that every guest leaves the burgergrill happy and satisfied and we are sorry to hear, we didn't accomplished that in your case. We will pass on your feedback and hope to get the chance, to welcome you once again! Best regards, HANS IM GLÃCK

I am currently on a business trip and have visited Koblenz many times over the years. I've always eaten at restaurants and fancied something different today. After looking on places to eat on tripadviser I discovered this place and wow! I've had many different burgers throughout the world and have to say the Django burger I had here was the best burger I've ever had! You won't be disappointed visiting this place and will wonder why you never came here earlier!! Looking forward to my next trip out here and will definitely be visiting here again!

I have been to this café with my partner twice: One time for drinks and the last visit to eat - midday on Saturday, 28 May 2016. This caféâs location in Koblenz makes it a favorite for those that are working, shopping, have shopped, or for those that are just hungry and want a place to have a snack while in Koblenz. The food and the service were good. Outside the Food and Drink Menus can be found on the tables. The Menus were easy to read and understand. On the Menu they have something for vegetarians; however, I did not see any meals for lunch or dinner for the âSmall Guestâ. There is also a Cocktail Menu available on the table however; I did not find Rum & Coke on the Cocktail Menu. The Menu is also posted on the wall on both sides of the entrance. The Menu on the right outside wall is posted in the corner right above a trash can and next to a table, such that it is very difficult to stand close enough to the Menu to read it without coming in contact with either the trash can or the people sitting in the nearby table. We ordered two cocktails: my partner had a Virgin Frozen Strawberry Margarita and I had a Tequila Sunrise. My Tequila Sunrise was OK. However, even though I ordered it with alcohol, my cocktail was made without. Seems the bartender made both drinks - virgin drinks. Our drinks were served on top of a paper coaster, with a straw, a wooden stick with a marshmallow, and a cherry gummy bear but without a napkin.I ordered a Pizza Salami and my partner had the Pizza Tonno. We did not have to wait long for our food. Both meals were served hot and together at the same time. However, the waiter had to remove some of the plates and other items on the table, so we had room for our pizzas. I can recommend the Salami Pizza as good. Plus, the prices are fair and the portions good. We were also nicely asked twice if everything was OK with our drinks and our food, as it should be.We sat outside, where the small round tables, as a mentioned, make it difficult to put too much on the table at one time. Outside is where there are smokers; it is loud and very busy. So, this is not a place to relax with all the activity going on; people coming and going, waiters and waitresses moving around, noise from people walking by, etc.The outside table decorations are simple. The small round marble table tops have a paper bag with a candle inside (which we had to remove to have enough space for our food), and both a Menu and Drink Menu. We found our menus on the next table. Once one orders the staff brings ones silverware (a fork and knife but no spoon) and paper napkin. So, if you want a spoon, you have to ask for one or go hunting for one. The ashtray on the table was dirty. Outside tables have a marble top. Tables and chairs have sturdy metal frames and the chairs have a seat cushion. The outside space between tables and chairs is tight, such that one often must disturb or push past others to get to a table. The outside tables are either for 2 or 3 person tables. The space is very tight with three chairs. The tables cannot be put together for parties or gatherings of more people easily. So, the outside dining area is not a good place for large groups or gatherings. Based on the Internet 360° Panorama view, the inside dining areas look like better places for large groups. The outside tables are covered by big umbrellas. Watch out however, when it rains, the rain falls between the marquee and the big umbrellas and one can get wet.In addition, the outside area was dirty with paper, litter, and cigarette butts on the ground. The steps leading to the entrance were also dirty with dark spots of I hope either fat or oil stains on them. The outside walls are a dirty grey (pollution) on white stucco. Next to the main entrance was a cart with old dirty black cable all rolled into a ball on one shelf, ash trays, Menus, etc. on another shelf of the cart. Underneath the cart was a dirty Dog bowl without water. The cart just looked disorganized and messy. On the other side of the main entrance was a dirty trash can. The outside area was however âcordon offâ with planters to separate the walkway from the dining area. And because this café is visited by many young people that smoke, there were many smokers standing just outside, next to the entrance. Unfortunately, where smokers and nonsmokers come together there will be conflicts, so because the air circulates through the establishment and out the entrance door, this wind blows the smoke and ashes over the outside tables and ones food and drink. Very unpleasant! To get from inside to outside or vise versa there are two big door/windows that they open in the summer. Unfortunately, of course to get inside through one of these door/windows one must squeeze past the outside tables, chairs and people. For, those in a wheelchair it is impossible to get past this outside tables through this open door/windows even though the outside pavement is even with the inside floor. Instead, the disabled must navigate over two steps through the entrance to get inside. One can also sit inside and I believe upstairs, as well. The inside looked much cleaner, better decorated, better organized, and much more pleasant than the outside. Such that the difference is like night and day. The inside decorations are of old advertising signs and modern pictures on the wall. The inside floor is wood. The tables are sturdy solid wood and some of the wooden chairs are cushioned. Since, I was not inside and could only see from outside, I cannot report on the inside lighting, the noise level, or the temperature inside the café. There is one place upstairs and one place downstairs to hang coats and hats. While the heavy front doors are surely a problem for the disabled, these doors do help to keep in the heat and keep out the cold in the winter. Parking: There is no parking lot. However, parking is available on a side street. So, one must pay to park in order to eat here. I do not know if they have take-out or not, so I cannot report on this issue.I did not use the restrooms. I do not even know where the bathrooms are. So I cannot report on this either.Plus, I did not see anyone with their dog in the café; however as I mentioned they did have a dog bowl outside.Disabled: As I stated parking is available on a side street far from this Café. Access to the tables and chairs outside is not a problem. However, getting inside is a problem for the disabled. They must first mount the one or two front steps and open the heavy front door. Once inside moving around on the ground floor is no problem, but getting to the second / half floor level or the 1st floor is not easy. Since, I did use the restrooms, I cannot report on their accessibility for a disabled person in a wheelchair. This Café has its own Internet Site in German. Their internet page has a lot of useful information. E.g. café locations throughout Germany, opening hours; the Café address and telephone number; a Map showing the various location; pictures of the Café; 360° Panorama of the inside and outside areas; an On-line listing of food served but not the actual Menu with prices; email address; Jobs available. I do not know is this café has its own Wi-Fi or not, because I did not need Wi-Fi when I was there.Honestly, if we had not had a coupon, we probably would not have eaten at this Café.
