i went to bukowski a few times and spoke to the owner he is a real cool guy , the menu is really awesome and has a great sense of humor, and now to the food! the burgers were really large sized and that to me is only secondary to the taste the paddies were moist and mouth watering! and the buns were really good for bread in japan i find bread their too spongy and chewy but not here you get real bread and he has a range of toppings like extra pickles, bacon,jalapenos,citron pepper, pineapple! an Aussies dream right there my only gripe was no beetroot on the Aussie burger as all Australians know its not complete without that part and the chips were cooked to perfection you also had choices of garlic salt and curry salt and the regular S&P if you want to get away from the city or make a trip to kawagoe this is the place to stop for a large meal for a really reasonable price~! of 1050 yen and the salad is really nice with a fried chivey sesame salad dressing i suggest you order a large one or 2!!!!!!!! i highly recomend the Arron burger its a winner, i will be back once or twice every trip i take from now on!
