This little gem is perfectly nestled in the Sturgeon River Valley right off the main road running from Indian River, to Wolverine (US27). Whether you are snowmobiling one of northern Michigan's vast trail networks, or out for a weekend drive, or enjoying

Well, it's not really on Mullett Lake, it's across the street. But, they do have a dock for boaters to park at, so they are on the lake. Whatever, they have a nice view of the lake from the patio & elevated deck. The service (Jack) was excellent, the food was good, as was the beer selection. We had a great evening after four hours of paddling the Sturgeon. We'll definitely be back when in the area.Hello! Thanks for stopping in! Jack will be happy to hear how pleased you were. We'll see you on the next visit!

My wife, brother, nephew and I stopped in yesterday morning. Even though we came in after a very large group was seated outdoors, our service was quick efficient and friendly. I ordered the blueberry French toast, (excellent) my wife had the mini breakfast. All offers were served far and hot. I would recommend Cafe Noka to anyone in the area for a good meal.

We stopped here this summer on the boat for dinner. We waited for our food for over an hour while we watched everyone around us get served. We ordered nachos and burgers. Our waitress was really sweet she kept on checking on us and apologizing. I saw one of the cooks walking out and another girl following him trying to calm him down. When we did get our food it was just ok.

This Burger King is at exit #310 off I-75. The property is clean. Used the drive-thru and service was good and prompt. Menu is typical Burger King. Food was delivered as ordered and hot.

Although this is a popular bar, it has become a favorite spot for summer visitors to dine. The pizza is excellent and fairly priced. Burgers are large, cooked to order and served on a nice bun.

Since it was our first time visiting Indian River we had no idea where to go to enjoy a relaxing meal after a crazy experience on the Sturgeon river. The atmosphere of the grill was excellent. We chose to sit outside on the balcony looking over the 18th hole of the golf course. It was a nice evening so it was perfect . The service was excellent and the food was great. We enjoyed our dining experience and would definitely go back if we visited Indian River again.

From Bill's Saloon in the 30's, to The Brown Trout and River Rock, comes Michael's Tavern & Steakhouse after a lengthy and carefully planned renovation. The new owners have take great care in revamping and redecorating the great old building and have created a comfortable classy atmosphere. From top down the staff is very attentive, friendly and well-trained. Most importantly the food has been excellent--matched by only a very few restaurants here in northern Michigan. The food is expensive, but you get what you pay for. It's a pleasure to have a great meal and to spend some time relaxing in a steakhouse of this caliber.

Indian River junior football team has been invited to Canton, Ohio to play against other teams, I believe they the only team in Michigan that's been invited, and they're doing fund raise to help with the cost. Christopher's has offer to donate money to the team from every burger sold this month. Needless to say there were 3 of us and we all had burgers and for the price you get a half pound burger and they're good. I had other menu items there in the past and they're all good.

We live locally and frequent Wilson's for breakfast and lunch. Their pies are fantastic and the food is consistent and tasty. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has comfortable atmosphere. They charge a credit/debit card fee, so if that bothers you, bring cash.
