Glad we found this KFC because we needed a quick bite before getting back on the road. Enjoyed regular KFC fare, hot food, quickly served. There were no napkins anywhere to be found in the dining room, but an employee began filling all of the napkin dispensers as soon as we sat down, beginning with ours. Staff was friendly and polite.

Terrible experience. This place was filthy, nasty sticky floors, trash on the floors, dirty tables. The staff looked unhappy, tiresome and unfriendly. There was like seven employees, and only one was cooking. The rest of them were sitting down on this mess. We got inside, it felt very unwelcoming. The waiter took the unwrapped silverware with her bare hands and got a napkin to place each item on the table, the silverware was dirty, it had leftover food stuck on it, like it had been washed but not scrubbed. On top of that, the air conditioning was extremely cold. I understand this kind of place is open 24/7 but they had plenty of staff that could have kept the place clean. We ended up not eating here. Very disappointed.
Plenty of seating, sparse decorations/nothing fancy. Friendly atmosphere. Menu is a placemat and your mark your order on it. Service is prompt. Food was served as ordered and pretty fast. Ample servings for even large appetites. Not a huge selection of food.
When we arrived we were greeted and told about a fish and chicken special. I had never tried the fish at a Chicken Express but thought I would give it a try. I am sure glad I did. It was excellent- even better than the chicken.

With virtually no restaurants in the area outside of burgers or Mexican, this is a haven for good eats. I have had the lamb and the blackened redfish with a good étouffée over top and both have been outstanding. Very European country where owners come around as well as chef to just talk....wow what a change from some restaurants where the staff hovers. Only about 10 tables so reservations are a must. Has been full each trip. No wine list so bring your favorite....which sure helps with the tiny pours for $15 a glass at some other places. It is worth the trip. ENJOY!

Sheba's likely is one of the few sit-down restaurants in Hope that is open till 9 p.m. Great experience. Good staff. Clean. Really varied menu. I had shrimp tacos--spicy and tasty. My friend had catfish that she loved. They also have some Indian dishes on the menu and if remembering correctly, breakfast all day. Desserts are made on site and the Hershey cake is a must. Easy to find location on Hervey. You likely will meet Sheba herself. Great find on our road trip!

Found this by luck-We were looking for an interesting place to eat and saw this cute antique truck outside and decided to give the restaurant a try. Easy street parking. The inside was decorated so great. Old signs and motorcycles. The benches along the wall were actually Chevrolet tailgates. Creative ideas everywhere. A sense of hometown pride was on every wall. The place was so clean and the food was delicious. The best burgers we ever ate and we were a long way from home. Not many places in the world where you can find a hometown boy grown up to be a proud business owner and he has his heart and soul in this wonderful eatery. Just loved it. You have to go off on exit 30 at Hope Arkansas and go down town to the train depot to find this restaurant in a quaint old building that has had many past lives. It is the best thing to do in Hope and you will find it worth your time. You can get fast food anywhere but this establishment is a rare treat with great food. Check-it out -Don't believe any signs along interstate 30 but exit on 30 and go down town. You need to see this for yourself Look for the old truck in front. Makes a great family photo.
