Stopped in for the first time and was a little confused walking into the store, so I assumed there was another entrance so I left. But, you enter the store only to find hostess station in the rear corner. Every employee was very friendly and the food is delicious! Had the fried chicken and itâs definitely the best, period! No one does chicken this good. Will definitely return!

From the crowded parking lot on arrival, it was clear this was a popular place. As a first time visitor I didnât know what to expect beyond prior reviews here. Cutting to chase, laid back atmosphere and decor...donât expect fancy anything. But...spectacular and friendly service. Nice variety in the menu and very good food in decent size portions. Definitely would return. Didnât visit bar area but looked like folks were having fun. Maybe next time.

We were staying at the Hampton Inn right next door, so this was a convenient place to hang out each night. They have televisions throughout the bar showing various sporting events, so there was always something to watch. The service, both at the tables and the bar, was excellent. Never had to wait long to order food or drinks. If you go, make sure you try their pizza. It was fabulous!

Conveniently located in historical Hollidaysburg, the US Hotel Tavern provides an experience like no other. Come on in and experience the 19th century charm of this landmark while enjoying our updated dinner and tavern menu. We offer a rotating selection
Stopped for dinner with the wife in the hotel/tavern that has been on The Travel Channel several times with documented paranormal activity that has occurred. The decor is still as was in the 19th century but is clean and homey in a different kind of way. There is limited street parking outside on one side. But there is a large lot in the back to park and take a brief 3 minute walk around to the front. Seated promptly and our waitress was knowledgeable and very friendly. Ordered and the food came out in a good staggered time. Portions were very good, temperature of the food was good and the food all tasted very good. We would return again. It is off the Main Street but a GPS will get you right to the front door.

We stopped in here for a late dinner on a weekday evening. The place was not very crowded and we were served promptly. We ordered a margarita and an amber ale for drinks then shared their delicious fried calamari appetizer. We then shared a Marzoni's special pizza on thin white crust. The pizza was very good. All in all a nice dining experience.

The people at Dave's were friendly and accomdating. The food was okay--I had lentil/ham soup and a chicken wrap. I should have asked for cheese and to have the wrap heated. The portions were ample, and the fries were very crisp without being burned. Overall, a nice family restaurant with homey feel and reasonable prices.

Stopped in for lunch just before noon and the restaurant was quite busy on the first floor, so we were seated upstairs. Service was a little slow and we were getting a little nervous that we should have chosen somewhere else as we each had a glass of wine and nothing on our stomachs. Then the food arrived and made up for the wait ten fold! The fish tacos were Delicious and the California panini was spot on too! Will definitely be on the top of our dining list and easy to see why itâs #1 in Hollidaysburg.
