The heart of Babeâs is really the food, although the friendly staff and customers ranks right up there. We serve up a diverse menu of customer favorites. We offer mouthwatering specials every day of the week. Portions are always generous and prices are al
Food is very inconsistent and you can bet the service is always going to be slow. They do have pretty awesome hamburgers with that great potato bread they use and Texas toothpicks. I am sorry you had a bad experience at Babes. If that ever happens again please ask for Juan or Jayme and they will see to it that you leave satisfied. If you love our burgers next time try the New Mexico Green Chili Burger!!
I've eaten here numerous times. It's ok to good food but seems to be a little expensive. I actually prefer the other deli restaurants over this one but it is a good place to go. The place has always been clean when I've been there and the service is good too.

We ate here on our way out of New Mexico and stopped at about 10:45 in the morning. A guest exiting the restaurant assured us it was good and told us they were serving breakfast. Although they serve breakfast until 11:00a.m., the waitress and kitchen accommodated us and made my youngest son a cheeseburger. He said it was good. The rest of us ordered breakfast items, biscuits and gravy and pancakes and bacon. All our food arrived in a timely manner (even after our waitress told us we might have a wait because of the special order of the cheeseburger). We found all our food to be very good. They serve drinks in large mason jars which I thought was kind of fun. If you have small children with you, there is a fairly good-sized park with a lake right next door to the restaurant.

We were skeptical of Holidaze at first, just because it's Hobbs and our standards are high. But we were really surprised at the quality of our food and service. If you are looking for a variety of food to choose from, I would definitely go to Holidaze before and chain (cough, cough chilis or Applebees). You will be impressed!

Enjoy some the some local flair with the Hometown Favorites including premium selections of beef, burgers, and baby back ribs. The Steakhouse also offers a four course dinner for $30 menu. You can dine on the best food around without breaking the bank.
My family of 5 celebrated Mother's Day & a birthday here during lunch on Sunday. The appetizers, potato skins & wrapped jalapenos were excellent. We tried, burgers, steaks & chicken fried steaks. Even though all of our steaks were ordered medium, they came out well done. They were still juicy & had good flavor, just were a little more done that we'd like. All of the staff was friendly & professional. Our server Kim was very friendly & attentive. Overall our special occasion lunch was very good.Hi Tammi,I am so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed Mother's Day lunch at the Steakhouse! I am sorry to hear that your steaks came out more done than you were wanting, but I am glad that you were still satisfied. I will let our steakhouse team know about the steaks being a little over cooked.Thank you so much for choosing to spend your special day with us!

We moved to Hobbs just this month and were told about the salad bar here. What we found was an average spread. Nothing special. It was all cafeteria fare. But that's fine. I'm not picky. But I absolutely DEMAND that a restaurant be at least as clean as my own house. This was not! It was disgusting from top to bottom. The carpet was gross and needed to be thrown out. Everything was covered with a thick coat of grime. I had the misfortune of dropping my napkin and got a look at the underside of the table. OMG. Never again will I eat here.

Kenny Smith and his family have helped feed hungry Lea County residents for over four decades, a Hobbs staple since 1977. Smith earned his restaurant education working his way up the ranks to management at the Red Crow. He then opened Casey's, a Lea Count
The first clue you should not eat at Caseyâs Restaurant is that it appears to be located in an Indoor Flea Market for the Damned. The food tastes as if it was prepared by someone wholly uneducated in food prep in even the most generic of ways. It is as if they saw glossy photos of things like burgers and burritos in a magazine and attempted to recreate them using only the most recognizable ingredients and a similar color pallete. There is, in fact, thousands of items of Coca Cola memorabilia on the walls and shelves. However, combined with the low ceiling and wood paneled decorative scheme, this serves only to remind you that one day you will lie dead in your own casket, an end that could only be hastened by eating the food at Caseyâs Restaurant. Also there wasnât much parking.

Good quality meat doesn't need to be smothered with salt and butter and God knows what else. Had the New York Steak with so much sinew and fat that it was off putting before the first bite. Then the first bite is all salt. That this restaurant is so highly rated is a testament to how degraded our tastes have become.
