Casual dining and good food are what Kinsmoke is about. The staff is efficient and courteous as well. While you order first at the counter, the food is delivered to you. This trip we once again had the shrimp skewers which consisted of three skewers with 6 large shrimp each on a lovely salad. The shrimp was flavorful and more than enough for 2 people. We also had the Brussel sprout salad which was yummy. The sprouts were crispy and nicely seasoned.

Spoonbar Chef Louis Maldonado serves a menu of clean and simple dishes honoring Americaâs diverse culinary influences. His artfully-crafted, market-driven cuisine of fresh, bold flavors is built around seasonally-inspired local and sustainable ingredients
Tall ceilings and minimalist decor make this a comfortale place to have a conversation, ugh it wasnât busy went we went. Thereâs a smallish bar with TV. Food is very good. We had the prawn cocktail, big, plump prawns with the usual cocktail sauce; the fried green tomatoes, excellent; the crispy duck confit (which seems to be a staple at the nicer restaurants in Healdsburg), also excellent (better than Barndivaâs version); and the asparagus mushroom risotto, very good. Desserts are so-so. But I do a lot of baking, so Iâm pretty critical when it comes to sweet treats. There are no gluten-free dessert options, except for sorbet, which isnât on the menu but the waitstaff found some for us. The service is superb. The place is also a hotel, and the lobby in the back of the restaurant is quite nice. Looks like something out of âAladdin.â All in all, a very good experience, and we recommend it.

I was in town for a meeting, and our group had dinner at the Dry Creek Kitchen. Lovely ambiance that feels open and contemporary. The sound level is the pleasant murmur of people enjoying a good meal. Found the service very, very attentive and professional. I enjoyed the sesame crusted king salmon. The fish was nicely prepared and presented. However, although the restaurant seems to specialize in local food, the salmon apparently comes from New Zealand, where these fish are sustainably farmed. The fish was soft and delicate, with a nice, subtle flavor. If you enjoy salmon, this dish is a winner.I would definitely recommend the bee hive basked Alaska, which is quickly flambeed at the table side, and very delicious. Someone at the table ordered the chocolate and praline, which I tasted. The depth of the chocolate flavor bowled me over. Rich, and delicious. There is a handsome bar along one wall, and the cocktails were very nice.

The perfect place to pick up items for your wine country picnic. Have a wine country picnic lunch with us and enjoy people watching on our covered patio overlooking the Healdsburg Square!
Neat specialty spices and culinary store. Fresh made salads. The patio isnât any spectacular but was right off the town square. Food was good and reasonably priced, hard to come by. Great cheese selection. Great place to pick up items for a spur of the moment picnic.

It's hard to describe the Barndiva experience. And a web site is no substitution for being able to sit back and enjoy the beauty of an extraordinary space, the taste of a perfect cocktail, or the satisfaction that comes from a meal that hits all the right
Locals, travelers and tourists alike:This was such an upscale place from what I remember when my folks had a great brunch with our dental staff years ago. Beautifully decorated and with uptown flare, quite impressed with the performance of the restaurant wait staff. I almost think that we had an owner as the head wait staff. She was very good! The food quality was the best ever, however I do have to say the dessert was the only disappointment. Yes to be honest, the lemon cheesecake tart put a sour flavor on the end of the evening. Tastebuds were having a bit of trouble with the dessert. After all the incredible flavors which were mindblowing and creamy reduction sauce on the salmon, delicious! Wine list was so intense and luxurious. The real kicker was the salmon appy with the crusted salmon skin with maple purree glacee. Gently accompanied by and accented with grilled veggies and rice. A copious size of the fish. Sooooooooo scrumptious and decadent! Any critic would love this dish. Our friends had the steak frites, and chicken dish was so incredibly moist and tasty. The one who had the steak frites said it was so tender and best steak he'd had ever had. So to sum it up, eclectic and upbeat menu with a variety of different flavors and a plethora of recipes to tantalize your own tastebuds. Call ahead to make reservations. So worth the trip to Healdsburg!

This restaurant serves sharing plates, for those who prefer different tastes. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. At her suggestion, we ordered 4 plates (2 vegetables and 2 meat dishes) between 2 people, but even this was too much as the helpings were substantial. The peppers were okay until I tasted one which burnt my mouth! Most unpleasant. Next up was the corn followed by the scallops and chicken thighs (although judging by the colour and texture of the meat, it was probably breast meat). All tasted fresh and delicious. A reasonably priced meal.

My wife and I were visiting the area to do wine tasting. We were looking for a place to eat lunch and found the Dry Creek General Store on the Internet. It was a good choice. There was a deli counter with lots of choices. And you could browse the store while waiting for your meal to be prepared. We split a delicious Turkey Cranberry sandwich and a tasty chocolate chip cookie.

Located just north of the town square in downtown Healdsburg, the East Coast and South America meet Wine Country at Willi's Sea-food & Raw Bar. The inviting vibrant decor and an exten-sive list of small plates combine with the eclectic seasonal cocktail m
Four of us had a late lunch here after tasting some delicious wine on the square. We did make a reservation which may/may not have been needed depending on the time of day and day of the week. I would make one just to be safe if you are able. Great location, great service and excellent food! The concept is small plates which can be hard to know how much to order, but per our server's recommendation, we each ordered two plates and we had more than enough food! Everything was absolutely delicious! I would absolutely return!

Visited last month with 4 couples and Valette was simply fantastic. Good wine list and everything our table had was simply great. Our server was exceptional and helped with wine selection as well. The owner and his father stopped in and checked on our meals. Just all around, tough to beat. It's not the cheapest place around, but the quality and experience was definitely worth it.
