We stopped for lunch here for the first time. Although the menu items looked good we opted for the buffet. The buffet contained many vegetables, roast beef, chicken, and poek chops. The salad bar offered many items, lettuce, potato salad, cottage cheese, cole slaw and others. And of course deserts, peach cobbler and banana pudding. Our waitress was awesome, she was handling half the restaurant and was on the run constantly. She took time to talk to everyone. The food was delicious and plentiful. We will be back for sure and recommend Posey's to everyone.

We had visited several distilleries nearby (Pritchards and Southern Pride) and came here due to the reviews found online. The street sign is small and if we didn't know through google maps, that it was next to Sonic, we might have missed it. If your looking for a elegant sit down restaurant, keep driving. The sit down area is a converted outdoor patio with plastic to keep the wind off. It was a cool day, but warm enough sitting inside the enclosure. The employees were super friendly. We ordered the pork baked potato and the small pork plate with two sides with water to drink. Our bill came to $15.51. The food was ample and I loved their potato salad (I'm picky about my potato salad). The food was temperature appropriate and we had more than enough to eat. I would have given five stars, but there should have been more sauce provided for the baked potato (since we order it with no butter or sour cream, it was really dry), although we saw when we started to leave you can order more sauce for an upcharge. Plus, the cob webs in the outside enclosure should be knocked down to have a cleaner outdoor dining experience. Overall, we will stop back by here, due to the friendliness of the employees, affordable good food and ample servings. Diamond in the rough, so to speak.
