Best rolls I've eaten in a while, good vegetables and baked chicken, delish peach cobbler with Blue Bell ice cream, but the worse chicken and dumplings I've tasted. Friendly waitresses and interesting antique décor. Was there for lunch so the buffet was $13.

After a 7+ hour drive to town for a funeral, we wanted to try something different. Glad we did. It was cool enough to sit on the patio which appears to be the main dinning area. Well planned and well built patio. Nice New Orleans feel. HugeFans and nice evening lighting. WeHit happy hour. Drinks are doubles. We spilt a dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our transition from the long drive. Great friendly server.

Live music almost every night of the week. Steak is tender and juicy. Ribeye sandwich is also delicious. Many great offerings on menu. Have dined here many times for special occassions as well as dinner for 2-4. NOTE - Get there early on most nights to avoid the wait. If you are having more than 10 people dinning, call ahead for reservation.

T-Bones is a welcoming spot for everyone! Shop for vinyls while you wait on your food or sit back and enjoy live music during Jazz Brunch on Sundays. As a non-coffee drinker, I can say that the cold brews are a can't miss item on the menu. Order a power salad or chicken salad sandwich and finish off with a homemade oreo bar. Indoor/outdoor seating

We love the huge selection of great beers they always have on tap. The food is great for sitting outside in the front porch or under the trees out back. We usually get some of the speciality hamburgers with everyone getting something different. We all left full and enjoyed the easy breezy outside dining.

The portions were a smidge inconsistent, the Caesar salad was HUGE, meanwhile my husbandâs fish and veggies were so small, that he had to order a second entree... all that said - we fed a family of 4, with three adult entrees, 2 glasses of wine and a kids dessert for less than we would have eaten at Chiliâs. It was great food - the burger buns were delicious. Yum!

Though a bit out on the edge of town, Half Shell is still very easily located, on one of Hattiesburg's busiest streets. It is an upscale, southern seafood type restaurant and bar, serving oysters and po-boys, along with steaks and cocktails, and wonderful salads. Open until 10 p.m. each night. They have great coffee, deserts, with outside dining, and wheelchair accessible. Great for adults and kids, locals, travelers, or tourist. Great place to dine!

This place is basically a shack, but don't let that stop you from going in. The food is excellent! The pork ribs are the best I've ever tasted. No need to pick them up, the meat just falls off the bone. Try the secret recipe coleslaw, it's delicious!

We always stop here when travel this way and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious, portions are large, service is great, and prices are not cheap but reasonable for the value received. We started with fried crab claws which were plump and delicious. Todayâs special was grilled mahi mahi for me and a cheeseburger for the wife. I love their salads and the mahi was perfectly cooked. The cheese burger was accompanied by grilled onions and fried onions on a wonderful homemade bun. We barely had room for the white chocolate bread pudding. But we did and it was delicious. Never had a bad meal here!!

Not sure if my wife and her sister enjoyed a wonderful array of fun and well made drinks better or the delectable desserts! but the huge portions of homemade ribs, veggies and sides were the clincher. While not a rib place persay, it should be. I've had ribs in 20 states and Cotton Blues ribs were amazing. The top it off, service was friendly, attentive and helpful. Best if all the places we've eaten on this visit to Hattiesburg.
