This hardees service was stupid i am 9 and when my dad ordered coffee with 4 cream 8 sugar they were too lazy too put the stuff in it they just gave it too him one word. LAZY

I tried the gyros the turkey was delicious. I thought wow I found my dream sandwich! Sad to say I took my daughter a couple days later to try this wonderful sandwich. They did not have the dressing that was supposed to be served with it. It was such a disappointment. Personally I believe if you are advertising something on your signs, you should be prepared to sale it.

it's been 30 + years since I have been to a Huddle House, simply because I haven't hadthe opportunity since I don't travel the SE much,But traveling through Kentucky mid Sept, finding myself in Harlan, I stopped in for breakfast, the food was very good, the service was great!they even kept my coffee cup full.the only thing I noticed different was they still allowed smoking in the restaurant..I know it's Kentucky, and it is tobacco territory,But in all my travels, in the past few years, there's no smoking allowed anywhere these days..I would go back, and would stop at other Huddle Houses

I checked out Good Eats with a friend whoâs lived in Harlan long enough to remember when it was an Indian restaurant. We tried the Hawaiian bowl and the fish tacos. Both had great flavor. The Hawaiian bowl was a mixture of chopped iceberg lettuce, yellow rice, marinated chicken, crushed pineapple, and a sweet dressing. The fish tacos were freshly fried with pico de gallo and herbs and spices. Although a lot the food at Good Eats is your typical âAmerican styleâ fare, step outside of your comfort zone and try things like the Hawaiian bowl, wonton tacos, and the fried fish. They also cater if you need food for your business meeting or family gathering. Iâm looking forward to trying them out again.

We each got a 3 piece dinner to go-noticed that the place wasn't the cleanest-when we got back home and opened the chicken, the first thing we noticed were the odd shaped pieces of chicken-and they weren't cooked completely, the insides were pink-needless to say, that took care of our appetite.

While exploring Harlan before my clinical rotations at Harlan ARH, some friends and I checked out The Portal in downtown Harlan. The atmosphere inside is nice and the place feels brand new. Itâs one of, if not the only, restaurant downtown. They have an interesting menu with appetizers, salads, calzones, sandwiches, specialty pizzas, and more. Both times I have gone I have ordered one of their personal size pizzas. They are cooked in a wood-fired oven and the crust is just perfect. Starting at around $7, they are the perfect size to fill you up. For appetizers, the bacon cheddar cheese chips are exactly the comfort food you need in your life. The Spicy Italian pizza, with its pepperoni, tuscan chicken, bacon, jalapenos, buffalo sauce, and homemade buttermilk ranch drizzled over the top is absolutely mouth-watering. Thereâs not much going on in downtown Harlan besides a few shops and an abundance of law offices, so if youâre looking for some great food, definitely check out The Portal.
