The food and service were so good we returned another night! The pasta Chesapeake was excellent. The crab cakes were perfect! The owner was very helpful with gluten free selections. And the wine menu was good!

Lot 12 Public House IS fine dining in Berkeley Springs at it's very best. The ambiance, service, offerings and presentation of selections are all top rate. Expect sometime in the not so distant future for owner/head chef Damien Heath to garner a Michelin star for his establishment.
This place is fantastic! It is a local sandwich/pizza place. They also have some really great values for lunch specials. I had a huge bowl of magnificent pasta salad and it barely cost anything. The staff is friendly.

It was lunchtime and only one other couple in there. Outdated decor, seemed dirty. Odd taste to mayo based product on the salad bar. Food was mediocre and we felt as if the waitresses were staring at us the entire time we were eating. Probably would not go back.

Well, had a pleasant surprise this month on our annual bicycle safari. Swung over to the Triangle for dinner and noticed the place had a complete face-lift. I mean the outside was totally done over. Looks great and was comforted to know that the food and atmosphere inside was the same. Thanks Bev, you know how to put on the Ritz.

After 5 minutes I got up anf found the menus myself. The waitress was very slow and the food took very very long to come out. I will say the food was very tasty and cooked just right. For a small town restaurant the prices were very high.

We were travelling from Ohio to Baltimore to take a Carnival Cruise and my husband was looking for Maryland blue crab. He found Jimmy Joy's online and our group of 8 was excited to have the chance to get blue crab. WE ordered a half bushel and it was a huge amount! It took some time but our group gobbled up the crab. We all talked about what a great experience it was because we don't have anything like that at home. WE stopped about 1 pm on a Friday afternoon and it was not crowded. Would definitely recommend!

We ate dinner here during an overnight stopover while biking the C&O Canal Trail. Our waitress patiently answered our several questions and was attentive and friendly. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and very good; we both remarked that we would go out of our way to eat here again. Restaurant was crowded on a Saturday night with what appeared to be may locals, which is always a good sign. The parking lot in front was small and crowded, but there is also a lot of parking in the lower-level gravel lot behind the restaurant.

Casual but elegant, rustic yet refined, country and still upscale...Come and enjoy a place where you can eat, drink and stay awhile! Brand new is SOFT ICE CREAM is served under the deck right next to the Western MD Rail Trail!
Every time I travel, I look for unique local restaurants. This very quaint and centrally located restaurant fulfilled my interest. I had the southwest chicken caesar salad and it was tasty and sizable. I couldn't finish it. What i liked about this restaurant was that they accommodated my friend's dog. We had to sit downstairs away from the customers but the wait staff didn't forget us.
