I come here for breakfast sometimes on a Sunday when the lines elsewhere are too long and I am usually OK with it but I won't be coming back anytime soon.My son and I ordered breakfast and when the waitress returned, I asked her to bring me some cole slaw in addition to the solitary pickle slice which accompanied my BLT. She brought the tiny dish of cole slaw and dropped the check in the middle of the table (unasked.)At the register, I noticed that there was a charge for the little plate (a tablespoon) of cole slaw-- something which is included at every diner I have ever eaten. I asked the cashier and she showed me that the menu shows a charge of $3.95 for cole slaw!I was obviously displeased and instead of removing the charge, she offered to call the waitress. Not wishing to have a discussion about the merits of charging $3.95 to a customer for something which is usually included for free and which costs next to nothing, I demurred. But I won't be back.

Went with five friends for lunch and sat outside on the back patio on a beautiful afternoon! Service was very good and they had a really nice menu with $19.95 lunch specials, which included a starter (baked clams and baby greens were terrific), entree (salmon, cajun shrimp, chicken club all delicious), and dessert (warm chocolate cake and apple tart great)....lots of choices- all tasty and fresh! If you're in downtown Northport on a nice day- Bistro 44 is an excellent choice!

Iâve lived in Northport for 25 yrs and drove by this restaurant constantly today I stopped. To my surprise a nice country style setting low ceilings and an affordable lunch menu. I had the stuffed flounder... delicious. Lunch was made even more special with our waiter Dennis... made you feel like you were in a family restuarant. The only downside you have to pay in cash and a atm machine is not in the building. No worries next time Iâll know

This is my favorite sit down Greek restaurant. Food is always great as is the service. Great meals at great prices. A must try if you are ever in the area.

We visited our friends in Northport and this is one of their favorites. I understand why. The interior is like the galley of a ship and out back is a nice patio area with a fountain and a relaxed atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was also excellent. I recommend the corned beef hash Benedict.

Imagine ordering take out and it being good. The food here has been good over the years, always fresh, hot, generous portions, fairly priced and quick.Look, it's not a Michelin rated restaurant but for what they are, a nice, community burger and wrap place, they do it well.

When I say Munday's is an old fashioned diner I say it in the best way possible. Everything tastes like it was cooked by your Mom. I especially love breakfast there. The pancakes are always delicious as are all the eggs. You will never be disappointed here.

Situated on the Mill Pond of Centerport, this cozy colonial built almost 100 years ago has a great history with more to come. The spectacular water views mirror the kitchen's creations and humble service. Come sample the finest sushi, chilled raw bar, age
We happened to find this place by accident and it was highly rated so we stopped for lunch. Price fixe lunch had decent choices so we each tried something different. Donât get me wrong- food was good. But for price, I expected more. Drinks were extra.

Old-Fashioned Charm, Updated By Joanne Starkey New York Times For over half a century the Old Fields Inn has been a fixture in Greenlawn. Known for its marinated steaks, it was the place where the Kiwanis and Lions Clubs met. When I last visited, a couple
I was here for a private event. The appetizers (fried calamari and pita bread with spinach dip) were good, as well as the entree (chicken over rice). But the Caesar salad was way too lemony, and the chocolate mousse dessert was a little bitter. Also, as other reviewers have said, it's very noisy. But the service was good, and they did not rush people out of the restaurant after the party was over.
