We had chicken and salad from there. The full roast chicken was nicely cooked and seemed to be fresh. The roast vegies were nicely cooked as well. Both potatoes and pumpkin were nice. I thought it was a bit expensive but nicely done.

I'm not one for fast food but on a long car journey along the Pacific Highway we were in need of a lunch break, Subway offered a 'healthier' option than the surrounding fast food businesses. Service was pleasant, no waiting. There is limited seating inside in the air-conditioning but additional tables and chairs can be found outside undercover. The bathroom facilities were clean.

While driving to Sydney from Gold Coast we stopped as usual at McDonalds South Grafton (good coffee and convenient location). Problem is...every time we go there, I wish we hadn't. It's always very busy (great for them) but unfortunately too many staff skipped 'customer-service' school but skilfully convey an attitude that we're just adding to their already crap day. If you like cold 'hot apple pies', ham 'n' cheese pockets which double as brake-pads, staff who have perfected 'care-factor zero', grossly inadequate toilets, full indoor rubbish bins and people who push-in...then they have the queue for you. Me?...I'm travelling via Glenreagh General Store for some real apple pies beside the Big Dingo.
