Convivial chain dishing up hearty portions of New Orleans-style seafood, steaks, salads & more.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at this Phoenix establishment. We arrived for a mid week late lunch, and were seated promptly at a lovely table. Our server was 10/10...very professional and highly capable. We both ordered salmon main courses which were cooked to perfection. This is a wonderful restaurant that we will definitely visit again next time in town. Donât miss it!

We noticed how full the parking lot was as we pulled in. That always indicates that the neighborhood appreciates the restaurant and enjoys the menu items. When we got inside there was a line, which further proves the point. People also seemed to know the staff, so that proves there are many repeat diners. We waited 10-minutes before being seated. During this time we read the menu and made our choices. We were served some ice water immediately after being seated and shortly thereafter the wait person arrived with a basket of homemade warm mini bran muffins. They were two bites apiece and very good.I ordered Eggs Benedict, which were served with hashbrowns. The other person at my table ordered a large waffle. Both were very good. The wait person was in careful attendance, monitoring our water glasses. There is also a covered container of homemade apple butter on the table. It sits out of the refrigerator all day and was quite runny. We decided to avoid this for those reasons. We dined on the spur of the moment on a Sunday. Kiss The Cook is a mom and pop place which serves breakfast and lunch only and on Sunday's, they close at 1. We were glad to be in time to have a late breakfast. All menu items are served with A Kiss. The restaurant was full of families and all ages, but there was no blasting 'atmosphere' music and we could talk while eating. There a party room in the back and dining on the comfortable patio, where dogs are welcome and given their own menus, with water bowls and treats.Parking is ample and the restrooms are certainly adequate. We will certainly be back

Breakfast and lunch served all day, home cooked meals at a reasonable price.
Been here many times. This last time was with my 22 yo daughter and my wife for Mothers day. They are known for their breakfast dishes. Lunch is decent. Bacon, breakfast burritos, waffles, pancakes, eggs all outstanding. Their biscuits are to die for.Priced well, large portions.

Went for lunch actually at the Yard House in Desert Ridge. Ordered the Braised Short Rib Ravioli. It was very good. I did get a bit confused because the menu had a cup of soup that you could order with an entree so I added the soup but was brought and charged for a bowl. Didnât bother to question it. We did enjoy the meal. Actually shared the meal with my husband and we had plenty. It was very tasty. Parking is horrible at Desert Ridge - quite a walk once you find a space. The service was good.

Fleming's Peoria, AZ is an ongoing celebration of exceptional steak and wine. Conveniently located in the West Valley off AZ-101 near Youngtown, the University of Phoenix Stadium and Jobing.com Arena.
This is our go to place in the valley for special fine dining and quiet ambiance. Consistently great with prime service and dining. Always greeted by smiling hostess and accommodated our reservation request for a nice booth. Nice booths surround the perimeter of the dining room along with nicely spaced tables. The nicely set up bar area is set aside however you can see the tv's from the dining room. Taylor our fantastic server greeted us and we got to know him and he got to know us and made for a fantastic fine dining experience. He guided us thru the new expanded wine list , asked what we like and made a great suggestion which complimented our meal perfectly. Since this was Arizona Restaurant Week we went with that offering, which had several steaks, seafood and side choices including salad choice and dessert choice. A very nice complete meal. We went with the Salad first, nice additions in it and great dressing, of course the dinner bread and spreads are a great start. Went with the Chilean Sea Bass, perfectly cooked with a great miso sauce, spinach and citrus , had the asparagus and potato square like an au gratin, very tasty, nicely cooked asparagus as the sides . Then went with the key lime pie and the carrot cake. Each had small just right pieces to share. All nicely done to finish a great meal. Never fails to provide top notch dining. Great special place for celebrations.

Myself and 7 other ladies visited The Spicer Lunch and Tea recently. This lunch was served in a quaint, converted Victorian house. This charming tea house is located in one of the oldest homes in the historic Catlin Court area of downtown Glendale. Our menu included petite finger sandwiches, shortbread and buttermilk scones served with lemon curd and Chantilly cream, array of bite size desserts and chocolate dipped strawberries serve with fine pot of tea of your choice. This tea luncheon was only $30.00. I must say everything was very good and great service from our server. My husband and I met a friend who was visiting out of town here. We wanted to find a place close to where she was going to be staying and we saw that this restaurant had received really good reviews. The reviews were definitely correct! Upon arriving, they had an evening where people where line dancing. It was fun to see that. The music however, was a little loud for us, since we really wanted to chat with our friend. The hostess was extremely nice and asked if we wanted to sit in the back room. We had no idea, but it was a private area and very nice. Our server was extremely nice as was everyone else that we encountered while dining there. We were very impressed by the food and the entire restaurant. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that is in the Peoria area, it is a wonderful place.Thank you Tamara for taking the time to rate us here at Desert Rose Steakhouse, we appreciate you. Thanks for staying local
