Hometown restaurant favorite with casual dine-in, carry out and drive-thru service. Fresh, cooked-to-order menu includes the famous Big Boy Sandwich, hand-breaded onion rings, family dinners, extensive breakfast bar, homemade soups, desserts and breakfast
We was traveling through and wanting an old fashioned cheeseburger. We seen there was a Frisch's nearby and have'nt eaten at one in a long time as there is none around in our area anymore (western Ky). Decided to try it again, boy was we pleased! The food was delicious, the waitress, Angie was phenomial, making sure we were happy with what we got and enjoying our food with helpful suggestions. Making us feel right at home!

I go here occasionally but have never done a review. I highly recommend Josieâs, primarily for the breakfast items. Service is good, the food is good, and you often have some to take home! I just wish they were open past mid afternoon.

I took my parents here for a Mother's Day Brunch this Sunday. They were offering a special brunch buffet. I typically don't care for buffets. However, the food was excellent. They locally source their ingredients. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went early at 10:30am so it wasn't too busy. Although, the after church crowd piled in just prior to us leaving. They are only open for breakfast & lunch. Except for fish fry on Friday nights. I may give that a try soon. This is a beautiful facility. It does NOT smell like cattle! There are also shops & museum to check out. I recommend checking it out.

This Cracker Barrel did not disappoint us. Service was excellent, food was delicious and hot and good portion sizes. I had their fried chicken which was very good and my wife had the chicken and dumplings. We will definately return when in the area.

Iâve heard a lot of favorable reviews of Local Feed so we decided to take my mother there for her birthday. The menu was exceptional but the execution fell short. Everything was woefully under-salted. I will probably give it another shot hoping that we were there on an off night.

A group of 8 went for lunch during the Festival of the Horse and weren't disappointed. They served us quickly and the portions were gigantic. Of our group we has stuff potatoes, club sandwiches, chicken salad sandwich, cordon bleu sandwich, onion rings, Reuben sandwich, homemade potato chips, and a salad that was the size of a mixing bowl. It was all wonderful, fresh, and tasty. Worth the stop and recommendation from Miss Behavin.

We were pleased with the choices we made for our meal. The Chopper, was wonderful, covered with rich gravy, mushrooms and onions. My husband's steak was cooked perfectly. The service was great. You get good size portions. The only problem was flies. I don't like when you have to battle with flies to eat your meal.

month. The old house has been renovated and is just lovely for an upscale dinner at a reasonable price point. Entrees are served with a choice of soup, salad or sweet and range from $15 - $20. Appetizers range from $5. - $9. We had the crab cakes to start
I was working in the area and was very fortunate to come here.Great atmosphere, interesting building, friendly and professional staff. Good selection of drinks and cocktails, the food and service was second to none. Absolutely the best steak I have eaten.I hope I am able to come back in the near future.
