If you want the best oyster sandwich this is the place to go. We always do takeout so Iâm not sure how it is to eat there. Do call ahead even though the wait usually isnât too long....but a warm summer weekend it can be a bit of a wait. A must eating spot when we n Rockaway

My other half and I came here for breakfast and it was fantastic! Great outdoor seating, prompt service and excellent food! We both got the Seafood Oscar omelet with fresh crab and shrimp. The hollandaise sauce was perfect and I highly recommend the gravy for the warm biscuit. Thank you for a great visit!

We didn't eat here as we just came from dinner; but the food coming out of the kitchen looked great! The bar was comfortably full but we found seating easily. Apparently all "locals" and we had a great time listening to all the stories! Drinks were good and fairly priced, and right next to our hotel! HOW CONVENIENT! Very clean and the employees are super friendly!

I got in around 8 and Hotel recommended this place, wish I read reviews first. For a fishing town, only 3 fish items on menu. Disappointment. Staff was nice, but at one point, they were all outside smoking. Prices are reasonable. I ended up with fish sandwich, fried frozen cod.

For a cafe this was a pleasant surprise. The food is Good! Home made, home cooked. Flavored and seasoned well. Full menu so thereâs something for everyone. Service was wonderful. One waitress at the early dinner time but she knew her business and kept up with all tables. And very chatty and we like that. We went for dinner but I would bet breakfast would be very good. Weâll be back.

Had dinner here, spouse had turkey dinner and I had the Southern Fired chicken which there was only 2 orders left. Tina our waitress made it an enjoyable evening. If you there, ask for Tina and let her know you reservations (whether you have one or not) and watch her reaction.

we've been coming here for yrs, and returned with friends for lunch....we each had a bud, and a crab louie...our friends split a french dip and each had a salad.....the complimentary bread is fresh and tasty and went well with our delicious food...the view is amazing...why people criticize the interior when it is cozy and comfortable, and is a reminder of our history...we love it here...the food is tasty, the staff real friendly, and that view...the train travels by too...thx so much!

The Moon guide said this place was good but it was very disappointing. Clam chowder all cream and potatoes, fried fish was bland. Fun fishing village but not much to see from restaurant. Chowder a few miles down the road at Pelican Pub in Pacific City far better.

It may sound a little crazy to go to a barbecue restaurant in coastal Oregon, but it could be one of the best decisions of your trip!The tri tip bleu cheese salad was delicious and chock full of tender shaved meat. I loved their potato salad too!

Stopped here for an early dinner. Weather was nice so we sat outside. I had the cuban sandwich which was pretty good. Nice view from the outside deck. Service was inconsistent ... greeted quickly but went downhill from there. Inside appeared pretty dark without much if any atmosphere. We get to Rockaway quite often; not sure we'd return. They do have Happy Hour ... but only available in the lounge -- couldn't even see the menu to see if we were interested in it.
