The most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen. Urine all over the toilet seat, toilet paper and paper towels everywhere, dirty floors, mirror and walls. I wouldn't want my dog to use that restroom. I walked in and turned right back around. Sandwich making area was super messy, glass cover between food and customers was dirty. I was super hungry so I reluctantly got a cold cut sandwich. $9 and some change for a 6" Bologna sandwich, chips and a drink. Really?! I don't recommend anyone eat here ever.
Very friendly place that sits on a corner, diagonally, from the courthouse. You'll see farmers, lawyers, politicians, judges, law enforcement, firemen, sports fans, and anybody else from the town in there. Bar on one side, general seating on the other side for groups and families. Best burger you'll find anywhere. Come hungry, they are huge. Never know who you will see walk in.
Scoops is more than your average ice cream shop - step in the door and you will notice that right away. With an abundance of sweet treats wherever your eyes take you from chocolate treats and wall-to-wall candy youâll know that youâre in sweet-tooth heave
Went with my daughters for some delicious ice cream. Just a quick walk across the street from lunch. We enjoyed our favorite flavors - chocolate peanut butter, cookie dough, chocolate chip... none of it disappointed! You should go!Thank you Sherri! We appreciate you!

We were returning from Florida and stayed the night in Forsyth, Ga. The Comfort Inn recommended the Shoney's next door so a short walk later we were their. Clean all around with very friendly staff. We were seated right away in a comfortable booth. Drink orders taken we took to deciding what we would have for dinner. My husband had their dinner buffet and I had a cheese burger with fries. My husband started with soup and salad both were very good. Then it was on to the main course of meat and more meat, chicken, ribs, roast beef all very tasty !!! My cheese burger was very good as were the fries. Our server Joan was very friendly and told us a little about the Forsyth area. Nice location, clean comfortable seating area, nice staff, good comfort food, fair prices. If passing by stop for a good meal.

Home cooked and tasty Southern Fair. Miss Helen is the best kept secret in Forsyth. Prepares every meal fresh and made with love, heart, and soul. Fried pork chops, whole catfish, whatever you get will be awesome.

Laurie and Eric Thomas bought Jonah's in December of 2018. The restaurant had been in business for 10 years having evolved from a bakery to a pizza shop. Eric and Laurie's vision is a true hometown family pizza shop where people can eat quickly or stay an
I stumbled into Jonahâs right at closing, but was courteously invited in nonetheless. I had a really nice white pizza which had white sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, mushroom and basil on it. The crust was exceptionally nice, very obviously freshly made dough and perfectly baked. I had a big glass of red wine with my dinner and it was perfect.

My husband and I eat out at great restaurants all over the world and this was among one of the best we have ever eaten at! And, we swore off carbs about 3 years ago (we skip bread baskets, rice, pasta, etc.) but made an exception at this restaurant starting with their biscuits. OMG!!! Worth EVERY calorie, especially with the delicious butter. We order the caesar salads for appetizer and the homemade croutons were out of this world...crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Our fish dishes were outstanding - one was oven roasted trout with southern fried bacon and grits (the grits were delicious and we typically don't like grits). The other was the blackened salmon with black eyed pea cake....also phenomenal. The glasses of wine were well priced and a nice size pour. The only dish that was not outstanding was the banana cream dessert. In fairness, our server recommended another dessert (I think it was a bread pudding) but we were so full from all the other food we ate, we wanted a lighter dessert. Bottom line, we fell into this place as an alternative to eating in Macon and can't wait to make it a destination the next time we travel through Georgia.
