We are a 24/7 restaurant, owned and operated independently for 18 years; newly remodeled and re-imaged now offering Beer and Wine; WIFI; new menu with same pricing but added entrees; striving for the "best customer service" compliments from our customers.
Not your typical truck stop fare. My hubby had a bunless bison burger and I had a buffalo chicken salad. Both were really good, but the star of the meal was a heated piece of strawberry rhubarb pie with a scoop of ice cream. The crust was perfectly crisp without being overcooked or dry and crumbly. Amazing. I've never tasted such a perfect pie crust, and the filling... fantastic! Thanks, we appreciate the positive feedback!

Stopped in here passing through this town for work. People seated 20 minutes after me had completed their meal and I hadnât even gotten my food. Waiter was arrogant and rude. Locals might feel compelled to rate this place well, but as an outsider let me tell you most of the food was getting sent back for being dry or cold. Will never stop again.

Our family stopped for breakfast on our way to southern Minnesota. We both agree we left full and energized. The food was so fresh, coffee delicious and service super MN nice.I had the egg scramble bowl, filling and so healthy. My husband had the breakfast sandwich which is âmagicâ. Our 2 year old had one slice of French toast with fruit, she ate it all without syrup and it was not messing. We shared some bacon which is cooked to perfection. We will be back again for sure!

A large space for families to gather. A simple menu with the usual grill food. They have televisions around the room as well as a poker table on request. Video games are available for those who wish. The luncheon offers a soup bar and the soup was wonderful. I could go back again.

I have been to Mable Murphy's twice while on business trips to the area. I really wish I lived closer. This throwback restaurant is a fun gem. The decor reminds of restaurants I have been to in England and Scotland. There is a nice bar area as well as a couple of dining rooms. The restaurant has a quiet and calm atmosphere. Our drink order was filled promptly. We chose to use the salad bar which was good. My wife ordered Walleye and really enjoyed it. I had Chicken Tetrazzini which was good but a tad bland. I was hoping for more flavor. Our server was friendly and nice. Desserts looked good but we passed this time around. Hope to visit again soon and sit outside in the nice weather.

Check out the website, its also located right next to a store called the Market.
The food and service were very good. Very good variety. Very nice atmosphere. We ended up here because the Viking was full. I'm happy we landed here, will be back.

This place is great, the atmosphere (probably) has not changed much in the 50-plus years theyâve been serving food here. Formica tables and Viking decor surround you as you dine on tasty meals your grandma used to make. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Will definitely come again whenever I pass through the area.
