Reviews on American food in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts, United States. Feeding Hills is a section of the city of Agawam with its own ZIP code (01030) and post office. Line Street in Agawam is generally accepted by residents as being the unofficial border. In the early to mid-19th century, a ditch was dug here to separate the two sections. Feeding Hills contains one quarter of the total population, as well as Provin Mountain, the highest point in the town, and many moderate-sized farms.

Memo's Restaurant has been serving breakfasts and lunch for over 50 years. We strive to provide our customers with quality ingredients and exceptional service. We were voted #1 breakfast in Western Massachusetts and #4 in the state of Massachusetts. We ha
If you live in West Springfield, or the area, Memo's is already on your list, especially for breakfast. Weekends are very full and parking is a challenge. Week day mornings are less crazy. The service is outstanding with a seemingly never ending coffee pot. The menu is extensive and offers something for everyone. One note of caution, during my last visit my friend didn't read the title of the omelete section, Four Egg Omelets does mean Four Egg Omelets. They are wonderfully huge and delicious and can easily feed two. My two favorite items on the menu are the home fries and the off the bone ham. If this establishment were housed in a dining car instead of a brick and mortar building, it would be one of the best diners in the state. If you are seeking out the best local gem for breakfast in our area, go to Memo's!

Honest Abe told me I cannot tell a lie. The food was good, staff was service oriented. The pricing got me down, the food is good, but not good enough for these menu prices. It was recommended by the staff at the Regency, with good reason.

We've been here several times, and the service is quick and personable, the portions more than ample (be ready to bring home a doggie bag), and the prices reasonable. This is not a gourmet place--it attracts locals, families, friends for a couple of beers and dinner. There are usually quite a few seniors, or families with young kids. On our latest visit, my wife ordered the oven-baked grouper with mixed vegetables. The fish was reasonably fresh, two large fillets of it, and the veggies were zucchini, broccoli, onions and peppers, sort of stir-fried and nicely done. I had the chicken mediterranean, ample fillets in a lemon sauce (a bit too much lemon, but otherwise good) with spinach, peppers, mushrooms and artichoke hearts (the last two were likely not fresh, but from a jar); the meal came with a middle-of-the-road chicken noodle soup and I also had some of the mixed veggies. In all it was pretty well prepared, filling and reasonably priced. It was not at all crowded on a Saturday lunchtime, but Saturday for dinner is another story altogether, when they tend to be mobbed.

Homestyle Breakfast & Lunch Served All Day. Daily homemade specials, muffins & soups. Smoothies & specialty coffees coming soon!
This establishment is just a couple minutes from our home. We stop here often. The food is simple, well priced and presented pretty well. It's your typical breakfast /unch little place. The waitresses are usually very friendly and they keep the coffee flowing. Sometimes on the weekends service can be pretty slow. The other day we stopped after church and they were sending people away because there was a "problem in the kitchen". Not sure what that was all about, but we will return.Thank you for your continued patronage! Unfortunately last Sunday our dishwasher and hot water heater were not working properly and therefore we were forced to close. Thanks for giving us another chance - we appreciate your business!

Built by Samuel Converse in 1862, the impressive Greek revival structure at 135 cooper street in Agawam, Massachusetts became home to the Federal Hill Club in 1936. Under the management of its owners, the Moretti family, that establishment remained a prem
M husband and I went to The Federal tonight for our anniversary. Very disappointed. My husband had made a reservation and we were seated promptly on arrival at a table that was so small it couldnât hold the menus. But that wasnât the only issue. The noise level in the restaurant was ridiculous. So much for romance. We actually moved to the bar where it was more quiet but we were ignored for the first five minutes despite having been sat by the hostess with menus. They apparently were switching menus tomorrow so there were items not available. Despite having told the person who turned out to be our waiter that our experience thus far had not been stellar he did nothing to rectify it. He was more attentive once we ordered but unfortunately it was not enough. The food itself was good but not sufficiently to offset the experience.

From the moment the Back Room opened it had been a local gem with delicious food, a great craft beer selection, and creative, fun specialty cocktails. The taps are constantly rotating with a variety of local and regional microbreweries, as well as larger national breweries. The food would best be described as âItalian American bar fareâ. The menu features bar food twists on traditional Italian dishes, as well as your typical bar fare (I.e wings, salads, burgers). Iâd recommend the meatballs al nonna, which features two large meatballs with marinara, fresh ricotta, and mozzarella cheese. Itâs a great appetizer for sharing. The vibe is lively and fun. Only downside is the building is small so seating is limited. Typically around dinner time it can be difficult to grab a seat, so be prepared for a wait on weekends especially.

Got to stop in here for quick eats. The burgers are all amazing as well as dogs and tenders. Reasonable priced and good kids meal prices. This is my favorite time when they have the burger tournament. Then top it all off with homemade ice cream which is best around!

A large very busy restaurant with a highly varied menu, good for families, couples and singles. Seating is in booths, high tops, tables and at the counter. My wife and I really enjoy going out for breakfast, particularly those places which offer local cuisine. Boy did this place deliver. My wife likes veggie omelets and theirs tops her list. Chocked full, about an inch thick, with veggies the omelet struggled to contain them. Besides the regular items they offer specials and one of the day's offerings was venison, yes, venison and eggs. The venison portion was huge!!, more than I have received when offered elsewhere for dinner. Accompanying the egg dishes are home fries, ask for them crispy, one portion wasn't, and your choice of both regular, white wheat, rye, English muffin etc. or gluten free toast, English muffin, etc. As a lover of biscuits and gravy I had a side of theirs; made with a spicy Italian sausage, the gravy takes on a reddish hue, the biscuits are light and fluffy and the taste is wonderful. Kudos to the owners for maintaining a place that serves delicious unique food in a fun and friendly atmosphere.Dear JHAllen,Wow! We are blushing! Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We strive to create an experience such as you had with each and every customer. We appreciate your business.Sincerely,Mark & Susan Tansey

I requested a seat outside because itâs a beautiful day. I was given a menu. 10 minutes went by during which two other parties were seated outside. A waitress finally appeared And proceeded to take the order of a couple that arrived after I did. After taking their order, she looked right through me and proceeded to take the order of a group that had also arrived after me. I pointed out to her that I had arrived first, At which point she asked me what I wanted, and I said nothing. As I got up to leave I heard this waitress and the larger group laughing. Not so much as an apology for leaving me sitting there for 10 minutes as if I were invisible. I will never eat here again. Extremely rude service.I am sorry that Caitlin did not approach you first when she got out to the Deck. Unfortunately our bartender scheduled for Thursday lunch called out sick forcing Caitlin to set up the bar and the restaurant with help from me. There were a number of customers who had just sat at the bar and tables inside the pub when you walked in as I was leaving to pick up some plant at a local nursery with a landscaper who had arranged to take me to the Nursery and help select plants at their annual customer appreciation day. Of course being short one employee puts a strain on service and we did manage to get another server to come in early to help, but he did not arrive until 30 minutes after you left unhappy. After I sat you, I did seat two other groups on the deck and Caitlin made it out within a couple minutes, not 10. Caitlin intended to get everyone's orders on the deck before returning inside as that is the most time efficient way to work. I am sorry she approached the first table that closest to the door she came out rather than asking who was sat first. She told me that she did apologize three time to you and I believe her. She is a little meek sometimes and you may not have understood her. I don't think anyone on the deck was laughing at you. People do joke a bit to relieve a stressful situation as when someone is upset and leaves abruptly. When I gave you a menu I thought everything was good for you. I wish I had taken your order to get things started for you, but I was distracted by our landscaper and project I needed to complete that afternoon. If there is anyway I can make things right for you, please contact Scott at the pub.
