"Great Taste Since 1941" Whether beef or poultry, every offering (there's a wide array) is a hit. Every one! The prepared food (subs, sandwiches, etc.) is also excellent and the deli offers a solid variety of quality cuts.
After enjoying doms steak tips for years in Boston we continued to but in bulk and bring to Florida. Standard response from non Bostonians was whats that? Every person who has tried them loves them and want to know when can they have them again. We now use their marenade and steak that the staff told us to buy and everyone lives it again.Thanx for the help all were great

Highland Kitchen is a family-owned neighborhood restaurant and bar located "up the hill" in the heart of Somerville. HK has been delivering American comfort food, well-crafted cocktails, friendly service and a killer jukebox since 2007.
This is such a great spot. Cool, hipster vibe, great service (Victoria), and the food is always simple and delicious. We enjoyed an early family dinner on a recent Saturday. If you donât want to wait for a table- get there at 5pm when they open. Our favorites include the deviled eggs, the chicken liver toasts, the black bean burger, the shrimp and grits, and the grilled gruyere cheese sandwich with house-made tomato soup. Insider tip: there are a few parking spots behind the restaurant if you get lucky!

We ate breakfast here twice during our stay in Boston, even though it was nowhere near our hotel. The first day, a Sunday, we had to wait quite a while for a table (it is quite a small restaurant) but the food was worth the wait. The second day it was quieter. Both meals were very good and the staff were very friendly.

With a nod to the industrial past of the location, Legal on the Mystic was built to have a broad appeal and meld traditional with contemporary. The menu was assembled to provide a casual, social dining experience. The emphasis is on plates to share, salad
Couples, families, friends....we love Legal. The personalized service, fresh crab cakes every time, best chowder in the world and lively vibe makes Legal the best. On a very busy, lovely summer Friday evening on Assembly Row, the restaurant hummed along in a classy fashion. A reflection of proper management. Grazie Mille Colin!

We enjoyed breakfast early on Sunday morning. It's a very small restaurant serving delicious food. Fast, friendly service. Big portions at reasonable prices. Loved that we tourists were treated as well as the locals sitting at the counter. Worth the wait if there's a line!

We decided to have brunch here after hearing so many amazing things about the food and service but unfortunately the experience here was not what we expected. The food was good but the service can definitely be better (specially from the owner/manager).We came here to have brunch with friends who were visiting Boston after almost 2 years. So after we sat down we all discussed the menu and then started chit chatting and catching up with each other and forgot the fact that the owner told us to close our menus when we are ready. I know it is common courtesy all over the world, but sometimes you are in the moment interacting with other people on the table and this is not a white tablecloth 5 star dining experience. This is a casual restaurant where we wanted to have a nice brunch with friends. But the owner came to our table and gave us a lecture about how we need to close the menus and how this is a common practice that is followed all over the world. I mean yeah most of the people on the table have been any where from 15 to 50 countries so we know dining courtesy but what we didn't need is that lecture. It was actually very embarrassing for him to talk to us like we were some illiterate people who have never dined at a restaurant before. Also we went there towards the tail end of the busy hour around 1pm but since we had 1 member missing from our group, he wouldn't let us sit inside(mind you we were a small group of 5). So in addition to standing in line waiting for our turn, we also waited additional 20 minutes outside in the scorching heat when a few tables were empty and he could have easily sat us inside. We would totally understand if it was super busy but I mean this is your restaurant and not a federal building where you can't make exceptions. The worst part is, after we were seated another group came and they were seated right away even though people were missing in their group. The manager who is so loud that anyone can hear him, seated them next to our table and asked them to relax and have drinks while they waited for the other diners. Anyways the food was decent. The omelettes are nice. The home fries are my least favorite, under cooked and under seasoned. My husband's favorite french toast is Coconut Macaroon although avoid the cream cheese and banana french toast, for it is flavorless and dry. They have freshly squeezed orange juice which is delicious. Waffles are excellent, my favorite is the caramelized banana and walnuts. My friend tried Caramelized Banana and Strawberry which she said was overly sweet and doused in sugar syrup. Maybe they should serve sugar syrup on the side so people can add it according to their liking. The banana pancake was nice and fluffy. I have mixed feelings as to whether I want to go back and dine here again. Time will tell!Anshita, weâre so glad that you and your friends could join us for a happy reunion. Because weâre a smaller establishment, we like to welcome and treat our guests with the same charm and good humor like we would welcome good friends. Additionally, we tell each and every party the same thing about our policy -- that when our guests are ready, we ask that they close their menus, just so we can serve them without delay. We sincerely apologize if this was interpreted in any other way than merely informative and with light humor. Furthermore, we're delighted that you enjoyed most of your meal. We're always happy to make recommendations from our menu so you can enjoy meals that are exactly what you're looking for. That said, it's possible to get the syrup on the side on any of our meals, and we would have been more than happy to accommodate this request had we known. Also, we admit there may have been some mistake, however, we follow the industry-standard policy that all members of each party need to be present before the party can be seated. Weâd love to welcome you and your friends back again for a better all-around experience.Sincerely,Mike, Owner

Our family stopped here after visiting the Bunker Hill monument, hungry after a long walk. We found the food to be excellent, if a little pricy. The bar area was busy on a Sunday afternoon with locals watching the Patriots game, but the small dining area still received good service. The burger was great, as was the clam chowder.

A Wood-Fired craft beer and wine neighborhood restaurant in Hayes Sq. Charlesotwn
My husband and I found this place after taking the Charlestown Ferry from Long Wharf. The food was delicious. I had a salad and he had the sandwich special. The food was fresh and we both agreed that our meals blended unique tastes to come up with an excellent lunch. The beer was great too. Back patio was shady and lovely.

This restaurant was behind my hotel and I decided to try it. Nothing fancy but I could tell from the crowd that it would be good. My chicken with linguine was simply heavenly. Waiter was friendly and efficient. I am actually glad this restaurant doesnât exist in my city because I would have that dish every day!!! If you have the opportunity give it a try.

American Fresh Brewhouse is Assembly Row's very own Brewery and Taproom gastrobrewery brought to you by Somerville Brewing Company. Located 35 feet from the Assembly Row T stop you'll find 24 draught lines, beer cuisine, lunch, dinner pints & flights. Thi
this restaurant is situated in a large area of shops and a welcome oasis in the middle of a shopping expedition. the physical space is attractive with ample seating. the menu offers a range of options, but relatively few vegetarian selections. the meal started off on the wrong footing - water was delivered to the table, but the 13-year-old in the group asked what was floating in his water!!! it looked like a small insect!!! when we informed the waiter that the water appeared contaminated, he thought we were kidding and asked if he should bring another one! duh?the food was at best mediocre. it was attractively presented, served piping hot, a definite plus. but all of the food was too heavily salted - i suppose this makes sense if you are drinking one of the many beer offerings. the food was actually okay but not in any way remarkable.this would not be my first choice in the future.
