We stopped in one night we didn't want to make supper and the team at Arby's seemed to like their jobs. We've been to a couple other Arby's and none are run as well as this one. Food was hot and came out quick. Good option, once or twice a year, for a quick supper.

Exceptional customer service from the time we got in the door until the time we were done eating. Food on the buffet was fresh and the potato bacon soup was excellent. We've been a few times and this is the norm - always an excellent dining experience.

We visited this restaurant twice in one week. The staff was very friendly. The service was fast and of course they have delicious food. They also offer several vegetarian choices. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

There were 8 of us walking around down town Virginia shopping and enjoying the holiday setup. We decided to stop at grammas for lunch. The service was quick and efficient. The place was clean and the servers were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable! The food was great and everyone left satisfied. The ladies all managed to land a glass of wine here also! Were up to Virginia for a bike trip and stopped at The Sawmill for lunch. Ordered bacon,Mac and cheese, JDBurger, salads and club sandwiches. Food was great, but we waited for over an hour. Unexceptionable!! The waitress was training a gal to be a waitress, and I would suggest that they do this on a week day!!

Six of us, traveling together, stopped for breakfast at the Village Inn for breakfast when it opened on a recent Saturday morning. The group had eaten here a year ago, and letâs face it, guys are creatures of habit. Village Inn is a well-seasoned restaurant chain, I bet the menu hasnât changed much since the 60âs. But if youâre looking for a well-prepared hardy breakfast, served by a spirited staff, the VI in Virginia is a good choice. Itâs easy to find and the adjacent parking lot is easy to access. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Exactly what we were looking for. Weâll be back after our next Canadian fishing trip.

A group of friends gathered for lunch - many were in town to celebrate their 50th high school class reunion. The place was packed and the food was good, when it finally got served. But unfortunately it took so long that one friend had to leave before his meal was served. There was some mix-up in the kitchen.

We like this restaurant even though the service is really slow but today was ridiculously slow. We walked out. One waitress. We got our own menus. My hubby caught her eye and waved twice. She hid in the bar area. In the mean time after about being ignored for ten minutes, 4 guys walked in and she brought menus to them and took their drinks. Left is sitting. That is when we walked out. We want to be known for our customer service and how well we treat, help and work with our customers, not the opposite. I appreciate you taking the time to write this review and giving me insight into issues that I need to address.
