Come see why steak lovers are on a mile-high high in Denver. As the Zagat Guide praised, youâll find âawesome steaks served by the pros are the order of the dayâ at The Capital Grille. Weâre centrally located in historic Larimer Square, just a few blocksâ
We loved EVERYTHING about The Capital Grille. The decor is elegant yet comfortable, the service professional and gracious, the location terrific....but the food!!! Three of us had dinner the night we arrived in Denver. The butternut squash soup was delicious, as was the shrimp cocktail. Two of us had absolutely fabulous steaks with probably the best mashed potatoes I've ever eaten in in my life. Our friend was a vegetarian, but the waiter made some excellent menu suggestions and he was very happy. The after dinner cappuccinos were just perfect. We couldn't have enjoyed a better evening. In fact, we loved this place so much we returned from Boulder a little early so we could have lunch before our flight. I had perfectly cooked salmon and can't wait to go back. This place is a true culinary treasure.

Lucileâs Creole Cafe is a restaurant serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The plates offered are Cajun and Creole-focused. Family-oriented. A full bar is available. Hours are 7 AM to 2 PM weekdays and 8 AM to 2 PM weekends.
Our kids aren't very adventurous eaters, but they enjoyed the beignets. Make sure your seat isn't covered in powdered sugar before you sit down. The outdoor patio is nice on a beautiful morning.

Avelina is an amazing oasis in the heart of LoDo. The food is fantastic, and the service is top notch. Don't be fooled into thinking its too stuffy for lunch, it feels like home. The staff really cares about your experience and you will be treated special from the moment you walk in.

We went early Sunday morning and were very glad we used the app to get our name on the list for a table. This was a very busy place. Probably because the food was outstanding. The menu was broad and grounded in healthy choices. The service was prompt and we never felt rushed. Definitely a good option for breakfast.

We are a full service, sit down authentic family oriented Cajun restaurant. Our recipes are straight out of the bayou country of Louisiana. We guarantee satisfaction!
I am biased because I lived in Louisiana and I loved the food. This is a pale, sporterized facsimile of that food. Better than not eating, but a world away from what it could be.

My friend and I stumbled across Tocabe, and we are so glad we did. I would highly recommend the shredded bison. My friend is a vegetarian and he had several options. The staff was friendly and helpful. This build-your-own-meal stop is one we plan to eat at again while we are in Denver.

We did make a reservations, altho on this snowy day, they really weren't needed. LOVED my Mushroom Omelette! Other items ordered and enjoyed were Shrimp & Hash, Huevos Rancheros, Burrito and a single almond pancake to share (delish!!). Next time we're in town, we will definitely be back!!

We went on Saturday night and they were pretty busy. We had a nice waiter. We started our meal out with deviled eggs with a pimento filling, they were excellent, but $5 for 1 whole egg(2 halves). We then had the tuna tartare that was excellent, definitely rivals Hawaii dishes we have had. Our next dish was the scallops and a pork chop. Too start out they were almost cold and had to be sent back. My husband did enjoy the pork but since it was reheated, it lost the blue cheese flavor that it should of had a hint of. On the scallop dish, there were 3 scallops on about a tablespoon of risotto, the scallops werenât all that flavorful, but what little risotto was there was good. The person sitting by us also had to send their scallops back because they were not hot either. For dessert we had a key lime crime brûléeâs that was excellent, they did comp desert because of the main course. We did have such high hopes, we werenât totally disappointed because some of the items were excellent.

5 of us went for dinner here on a Sunday night & we were immediately seated. Food was great - 2 had fish & chips and enjoyed, 1 sushi, 1 baja enchiladas and I had and really enjoyed the lobster mac & cheese! Portions were good size and service was very good. Recommend!!
