Things to do in Electric City
There have been several owners in the past few years, Sharon the owner now has changed beef patties to cheaper ones (If burgers are your business, you would think they would be the best in town), in the past year or so they are not.(I have found much better at 4 corners mini mart). I have eaten there only once recently, as a visiting friend wanted to go there. I had been served a burger that was under cooked in the center, that is one reason I have very seldom gone there in the past year or more. Very recently my Special needs adult Granddaughter, who has gone there regularly and requests to have her food well done, was treated rudely by the owner and humiliated in front of other customers, for her special requests. A few days later she called and ordered a milkshake, when she went to get it, she was rudely and in a loud voice and also in front of other customers, that she was not allowed there anymore and NO she would not get the shake that she had ordered! We are not the only ones to receive under cooked food nor my Granddaughter the only one who has been treated in such a humiliating way. I would definitely not recommend this as a good place to eat.

The Melody Restaurant lies next to the Coulee House Motel, which lies next to the Casino. I do not know if it is for that reason that a restaurant serving food much more upscale than that of other restaurants nearby exists, but I'm so glad it does. Whatthat all means is ...It's Good !

Breakfast was home cooking grand and generous. Portions and offerings were unbelievable. Off the main road so you have to seek it out. Not fancy but inexpensive. Staff were courteous and restaurant clean.

This place is well known and has loyal patrons. Many travel from other small towns to eat here. Family owned and ran. I am not a fan of this type of Asian food but many many are.Thank you for your review. We're honored to be a staple in our area. We understand that Asian cuisine varies in the U.S. and, though we would love to, we can't meet everyone's expectations. We really appreciate your honest feedback and are always open to making improvements to our cuisine and service. We do occasionally add new items to our menu and offer some new specials seasonally, so we hope that you are willing to give us an opportunity to surprise you with a new dish.

I believe this place is a local favorite. It took 20+minutes for my burger despite being the only one in the joint. Three other big orders were called in ahead of me (super small grill) and each were picked up by individuals who were on a first hand basis with the cashier. Made me think I hit the jackpot, which I did. Their bacon cheeseburger was fresh and totally satisfied my burger craving. Their milkshakes are super thick and flavorful - lots of flavors. HUGE servings of French fries (frozen). Not much seating is available inside. You'll want to take your meal to go, or sit outside at one of their picnic tables. This place had been around for a long time. They display cool old photos of the restaurant through the years. Cashier was incredibly nice. Great attitude and eager to answer questions. Will continue to stop in when in town. I'll just need to remember to bring cash since they don't take credit/debit cards.

Dropped in for breakfast as it was the only place we could find open. Ordered a Dam and a Jackâs omelette. Both came with decent hash browns and a choice of toast. Omelettes were tasty, coffee weak, service friendly, credit cards accepted. OK breakfast choice. There is a bar and entertainment section in the restaurant.

We ate here both mornings, and the food came out fast each time. I loved the Squealer! My husband said the biscuits and gravy was terrific.l
While visiting the Grand Coulee Dam, we drove to Electric City to see what was available for dinner....and saw the "family friendly" signs in front of the Banks Lake Pub. The building is old and could use a facelift, but it seemed an interesting mix, so we went in....and were glad we did. We sat at the bar, visited with the owner, and ate dinner. It's basic pub/bar/grill food - burgers, sandwiches, salad, pizza - ours was all yummy. I had the BLT - stacked high and loaded with bacon. There are a good selection of taps, plus a full bar. Separate section in part of the pub is for families and kids - who apparently are welcome to come in after school to sit and do their homework - as long as they behave! The Banks Lake Pub has karaoke nights, family nights, etc and seems like an old-fashioned community gathering place for a small town.

Friendly atmosphere. Great place to watch the game whether it is the Seahawks or Gonzaga, they have two large screen TVs and two smaller ones. Great bar food and a regular crowd that make people feel comfortable. Customer Service is good, in that I've been there a number of times and now when I walk in the Servers know what I like. The food is also delicious. Like burgers, this is a great place and you can get homemade fries. Their deep fried chicken and boobs (that's what they call it) is very tasty.

Stop at the fusion if you want a mouth watering Huge burger that will leave you very satisfied. Working with Grand Coulee Dam, pretty much everyone here eats at the fusion and for good reason, the food is great. Somewhat Pricey, but then again, everything in this area is pricey because it's out of the way. Worth the stop.
